Description
規格:塗料一般試験方法−第2部:塗料の性状・安定性−第7節:貯蔵安定性(JIS K 5600−2−7:1999)
合格基準:6か月常温で異常がないこと。
規格:塩水噴霧試験方法(JIS Z 2371:2000)
合格基準:312時間後に錆の発生が評価面積の5%未満であること。
規格:塗料一般試験方法−第5部:塗膜の機械的性質−第6節:付着性(クロスカット法)(JIS K 5600−2−7:1999)
合格基準:分類0(カットの縁が完全に滑らかで、どの格子の目にもはがれがない。)であること。
実施例1の防錆用コーティング処理液は、ポリオレフィン樹脂水性分散塗料である。ポリオレフィン樹脂水性分散体は、市販品のポリオレフィン系樹脂水性分散体(ユニチカ株式会社製アローベース)を使用した。このポリオレフィン樹脂水性分散体64.0質量%に、工業用アルコール30.0質量%、脱イオン水5.2質量%、メチルトリメトキシシラン0.5質量%と、ジメチルジエトキシシラン0.3質量%と、を少量ずつ添加して4時間撹拌して、防錆用コーティング処理液とした。ガラス転移温度(Tg)は60℃で、誘電率(ε)は2.4F/mであった。塗料の性能として貯蔵安定性、塗料から形成された塗膜の性能として防錆性及び密着性は、どれも合格であった。
参考例2の防錆用コーティング処理液は、アクリルエマルション塗料である。アクリルエマルションは、プレ乳化エマルション添加法で製造した。詳細な製造方法は、脱イオン水21.6質量%を87℃に保った反応器に入れ乳化重合の場とし、プレ乳化エマルション73.1質量%と、重合開始剤として過硫酸ナトリウム水溶液(5%)5.3質量%と、を撹拌しながら87℃を保ちつつ2時間かけて滴下し、90℃1時間後重合することによって製造した。プレ乳化エマルションは、脱イオン水18.3質量%(製造する防錆用コーティング処理液を100質量%とする。)に、モノマーとして、メタクリル酸メチル51.1質量%、メタクリル酸2−ヒドロキシプロピル1.0質量%、アクリル酸0.4質量%、反応性界面活性剤として、ポリオキシアルキレンアルケニルエーテル1.0質量%、ポリオキシアルキレンアルケニルエーテル硫酸アンモニウム0.5質量%、シランカップリング剤として、3-メタクリロキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(分子量248)0.8質量%、を激しく撹拌して乳化させることによって得た。このように製造したアクリルエマルションを防錆用コーティング処理液とした。ガラス転移温度(Tg)は100℃で、誘電率(ε)は2.8F/mであった。塗料の性能として貯蔵安定性、塗料から形成された塗膜の性能として防錆性及び密着性は、どれも合格であった。
実施例3の防錆用コーティング処理液は、ポリイミド系溶剤塗料である。ポリイミド系樹脂は、4,4−ジアミノジフェニルエーテル4.1質量%と、N,N−ジメチルアセトアミド90.6質量%と、を混合し、ピロリメット酸二無水物4.5質量%を少量ずつ添加、溶解させ、18時間室温で撹拌することによって製造した。これにメチルトリメトキシシラン(分子量136)0.5質量%と、ジメチルジエトキシシラン(分子量148)0.3質量%と、を少量ずつ添加して4時間撹拌して、防錆用コーティング処理液とした。ガラス転移温度(Tg)は420℃で、誘電率(ε)は3.2F/mであった。塗料の性能として貯蔵安定性、塗料から形成された塗膜の性能として防錆性及び密着性は、どれも合格であった。

- ガラス転移温度(Tg)が50〜500℃であり、誘電率(ε)が5.0F/m以下である合成樹脂と、有機ケイ素化合物と、を含有し、
前記合成樹脂が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂であることを特徴とする防錆用コーティング処理液。 - ガラス転移温度(Tg)が50〜500℃であり、誘電率(ε)が5.0F/m以下である合成樹脂と、有機ケイ素化合物としてのアルコキシシランと、を含有し、
前記合成樹脂が、ポリイミド系樹脂であることを特徴とする防錆用コーティング処理液。 - 前記有機ケイ素化合物は、アルコキシシラン又はシランカップリング剤であり、分子量が250以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の防錆用コーティング処理液。
- 前記有機ケイ素化合物の含有量が、0.01〜10.0質量%であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の防錆用コーティング処理液。
