ポリマーであるポリスチレン(polystylene)を0.2g準備し、200mlのエタノール入りビーカーに投入して、0.5時間程度に亘って充分に撹拌して溶解させる。
少数の単量体が重合されたオリゴマー(三量体)であるグリコール酸を0.2g準備し、200mlのエタノールが入りビーカーに投入して、0.5時間程度に亘って充分に撹拌して溶解させる。

- 前記顆粒状粒子は、噴霧乾燥造粒法によって製造されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子。
- 前記顆粒状粒子は、噴霧乾燥造粒法によって製造された後、プラズマによって表面処理されたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子。
- 前記プラズマによって表面処理された前記顆粒状粒子は、その表面粗さが減少したものであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子。
- 前記プラズマによって表面処理された前記顆粒状粒子は、その表面が溶融して表面密度が増加したものであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子。
- 前記顆粒状粒子は、安定化ジルコニアであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子。
- 前記パルミチン酸の含量は、前記顆粒状粒子の重量に対して0.05wt%〜5.0wt%の範囲にあることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子。
- 前記パルミチン酸は、前記顆粒状粒子の表面積の5%〜100%を占有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子。
- 噴霧乾燥造粒法によってセラミック材質の顆粒状粒子を製造する段階、
溶媒にパルミチン酸を投入してパルミチン酸溶液を調製する段階、
前記パルミチン酸溶液内に前記顆粒状粒子を投入し、混合する段階、及び
前記溶媒を蒸発させながら前記顆粒状粒子の表面に前記パルミチン酸をコーティングさせる段階
を含む、高流動性溶射用粒子の製造方法。 - 前記顆粒状粒子は、ZrO2、Y2O3、Al2O3、AlN、HfO2、TiO2、及び安定化ジルコニアからなる群より選択されたいずれか1つを含む、請求項10に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子の製造方法。
- 前記顆粒状粒子を製造する段階の後に、
前記顆粒状粒子に対してプラズマによる表面処理を行う段階
をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子の製造方法。 - 前記プラズマによる表面処理を行って、前記顆粒状粒子の表面を溶融させてその表面密度を増加させ、その表面粗さを減少させる、請求項12に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子の製造方法。
- 前記顆粒状粒子は、安定化ジルコニアである、請求項13に記載の高流動性溶射用粒子の製造方法。
