Description
図6は、変形例を示す図であり、(a)はレンズ保持部の構成図、(b)は第1の部材を対物レンズ側から見た図である。変形例のレンズ保持部165は、固浸レンズ6の球面部6aと接触する3つの突出部173の構成において上記実施形態のレンズ保持部65と相違する。なお、図6(a)及び図6(b)は縮尺が異なり、図6(a)の方が拡大して示されている。
Claims (4)
- 対物レンズの前方に固浸レンズを保持する固浸レンズホルダであって、
前記固浸レンズは、前記対物レンズと対向して配置される球面部と、観察対象物に当接する当接面を含む当接部と、を有し、
前記球面部の一部が前記対物レンズ側へ突出するように前記球面部を内部に配置する第1の開口を有する第1の部材と、
前記当接面が前記対物レンズ側とは反対側へ突出するように前記当接部を内部に配置する第2の開口を有する第2の部材と、を備え、
前記第1の部材は、前記第1の開口の内面から前記第1の開口の中心側へ延び、前記球面部と接触可能に構成された3つの突出部を有し、
前記固浸レンズは、前記観察対象物に当接した際に、前記3つの突出部との間で滑りつつ揺動し、
前記3つの突出部のそれぞれの先端面における前記対物レンズとは反対側の縁は、前記第1の開口の中心を中心とする円周上に位置しており、
前記3つの突出部は、前記先端面の前記縁で、前記球面部に対して線接触するように構成されており、
前記3つの突出部と前記球面部との接触位置は、前記第1の開口の中心を中心とする円周上に位置する、固浸レンズホルダ。 - 前記3つの突出部は、前記第1の開口の周方向に120度間隔で設けられている、請求項1に記載の固浸レンズホルダ。
- 前記3つの突出部と前記球面部との接触位置、及び前記球面部の曲率中心を通る直線が、前記対物レンズの光軸に対して15〜65度の範囲で交わる、請求項1又は2に記載の固浸レンズホルダ。
- 観察対象物を保持するステージと、
前記ステージ上の前記観察対象物と対峙するように配置された対物レンズと、
前記対物レンズの前方に固浸レンズを保持する請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の固浸レンズホルダと、
前記観察対象物からの光を前記固浸レンズ及び前記対物レンズを介して検出し、画像データを出力する光検出器と、
前記画像データに基づいて前記観察対象物の画像を作成する画像作成装置と、を備える画像取得装置。
