Claims (6)
- 内部に電池セルが配置された電池モジュールと、
貫通孔を有し前記電池モジュールを収納する収納ケースと、
前記電池モジュールに固定された被固定部と弾性変形可能な変形可能部とを有する検出体とを備え、
衝撃の付与によって前記収納ケースに対して前記電池モジュールと前記検出体が一定以上変位されたときに、前記変形可能部が弾性変形されることにより前記貫通孔を貫通される
車載用バッテリー。 - 前記検出体には前記被固定部と前記変形可能部を連結する連結部が設けられ、
前記変形可能部が前記連結部の一端部から互いに離隔する方向へ突出された一対の弾性部から成り、
前記一対の弾性部が互いに離接する方向へ弾性変形可能にされた
請求項1に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 異なる形状に形成され付与される衝撃の方向に応じた検出をそれぞれ行う第1の検出体と第2の検出体が設けられた
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記収納ケースが複数の壁面部によって形成され、
一つの前記壁面部に二つの前記貫通孔が形成され、
前記第1の検出体の前記変形可能部と前記第2の検出体の前記変形可能部が前記二つの貫通孔をそれぞれ貫通可能にされた
請求項3に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 前記第1の検出体と前記第2の検出体が左右方向又は前後方向において並んで位置された
請求項4に記載の車載用バッテリー。 - 一部が前記収納ケースに固定され他の一部が前記電池モジュールに固定された吊下部材が設けられ、
前記電池モジュールが前記吊下部材によって前記収納ケースに吊り下げられた状態で収納された
