Description

本明細書は、血管処置の分野に関する。
血管、血管奇形、およびリンパ系などの体の他の系における同様の問題の処置に硬化療法を使用することができ、この硬化療法は、様々な形態で150年以上も使用されてきた。その最近の形態では、硬化療法は、欧州では、様々な静脈の症状、例えば;静脈瘤、網状脈、脚のクモ状静脈瘤、および顔面細静脈の処置に1960年代から使用されてきた。

Claims (8)
- 血管処理装置であって、
対象の血管内を通過できる形状および寸法の細長い腔内部材と、
前記腔内部材に結合され、モータ駆動回路とモータを有する電動式駆動系を備え、
前記電動式駆動系が、
前記腔内部材またはその一部を第一方向に回転するように構成され、および
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向を定期的に変更し、回転振動を起こすように構成されており、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転方向の定期的な変更が、設定時間間隔で発生し、
前記腔内部材またはその一部の回転振動が、前記対象の血管の内壁を傷つけ、かつ前記対象の前記血管の内壁と前記腔内部材またはその一部の絡み合いを防止する、装置。 - 前記モータが、可逆モータを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、運動チェーンを備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記細長い腔内部材の遠位端部が、静脈壁破壊部を備えている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 硬化剤の供給源と、
前記硬化剤の供給源と前記細長い腔内部材の前記遠位端部との間の流路と、を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記モータが、変速機を備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記電動式駆動系が、前記可逆モータの回転方向を定期的に反転するように構成されている、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記モータ駆動回路が、プログラム可能である、請求項1に記載の装置。
