Claims (13)
- シャフト(14)と、
ケーシング(12)と、
前記ケーシング内部で前記シャフトを回転可能に支持するために前記シャフトに接続された少なくとも1つの主磁気軸受(16)と、
半径方向荷重だけおよび軸方向荷重だけをそれぞれ支持するために前記シャフトと前記ケーシングの間に配設された少なくとも1つの半径方向転がり軸受(20)および少なくとも1つの軸方向転がり軸受(22)と、
前記シャフトの外面と前記半径方向転がり軸受(20)との間に半径方向に介在している第1のスリーブ(26)と、
前記シャフトの外面と前記軸方向転がり軸受(22)との間に半径方向に介在している第2のスリーブ(28)と、
を備え、
前記半径方向転がり軸受(20)は、前記軸方向転がり軸受(22)から軸方向に間隔をおいて配置され、
前記第1のスリーブ(26)は、前記第2のスリーブ(28)と軸方向に隣接して配置され、
前記第2のスリーブ(28)は、前記第2のスリーブ(28)の端部に形成され、前記半径方向転がり軸受(20)と前記軸方向転がり軸受(22)との間に配置される、環状リブ(48)を有し、前記環状リブ(48)は、前記軸方向転がり軸受(22)に接触し、前記半径方向転がり軸受(20)には接触しない、
回転機械。 - 半径方向隙間(45、54)は、前記シャフトと前記半径方向転がり軸受および前記軸方向転がり軸受の各々の内側リング(20a、22a)との間に設けられる、請求項1に記載の回転機械。
- 前記シャフトと前記軸方向転がり軸受の前記内側リング(22a)との間に設けられた前記半径方向隙間(54)は、前記シャフトと前記半径方向転がり軸受の前記内側リング(20a)との間に設けられた前記半径方向隙間(45)よりも大きい、請求項2に記載の回転機械。
- 前記半径方向隙間は、前記半径方向転がり軸受および前記軸方向転がり軸受の各々の前記内側リングと前記関連したスリーブとの間に設けられる、請求項3に記載の回転機械。
- 前記転がり軸受(20、22)は、前記主磁気軸受(16)の軸方向隣に配設される、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の回転機械。
- 互いに軸方向で接触している2つの半径方向転がり軸受(18、20)と、
互いに軸方向で接触している2つの軸方向転がり軸受(22、24)と、
を備える、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の回転機械。 - 前記半径方向転がり軸受は、深溝玉軸受または4点接触玉軸受である、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の回転機械。
- 前記軸方向転がり軸受は、アンギュラコンタクトスラスト玉軸受である、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の回転機械。
- 前記半径方向転がり軸受および前記軸方向転がり軸受の少なくとも1つに軸方向力を及ぼす少なくとも1つのプレストレスを与え減衰させる要素(56、58、60)をさらに備える、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の回転機械。
- 前記半径方向転がり軸受および前記軸方向転がり軸受の各々に軸方向力を及ぼす少なくとも1つのプレストレスを与え減衰させる要素(56、58、60)を備える、請求項9に記載の回転機械。
- 第1のプレストレスを与え減衰させる要素(58)は、前記ケーシングに取り付けられ、該軸方向転がり軸受の外側リングを軸方向に支える、請求項9または10に記載の回転機械。
- 第2のプレストレスを与え減衰させる要素(60)は、前記第1のプレストレスを与える要素(58)と軸方向に反対側で前記ケーシングと前記軸方向転がり軸受の前記外側リングとの間に取り付けられ、
前記第1および第2のプレストレスを与え減衰させる要素は、前記軸方向転がり軸受に2つの軸方向に反対の力を及ぼす、
