Claims (11)
- 車体と、
回収物を収容する水平位置と前記回収物を排出する傾斜位置との間で変位可能に前記車体に設けられた収容容器と、
前記車体と前記収容容器との間に設けられ、前記車体に対する前記収容容器の角度である収容容器角を変位させる駆動装置と、
水平面に対する前記車体の傾斜角度である車体傾斜角を検出する傾斜角センサと、
前記駆動装置の駆動を制御する制御装置とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記車体傾斜角に応じて前記駆動装置を制御し、前記駆動装置が前記収容容器角を増加させるべく駆動しているときに、前記車体傾斜角の時間変化率が所定の閾値を超えた場合には、前記駆動装置の駆動を禁止することを特徴とする作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、前記車体傾斜角が所定の第1傾斜角判定値以上の場合に前記駆動装置の駆動を禁止し、前記車体傾斜角が前記第1傾斜角判定値より小さい場合には、前記収容容器角が所定の角度となるまで前記駆動装置を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の作業機。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記車体傾斜角が前記第1傾斜角判定値より小さい第2傾斜角判定値より小さい場合に、前記駆動装置の駆動速度を所定の第1駆動速度とし、
前記車体傾斜角が前記第2傾斜角判定値以上であり前記第1傾斜角判定値より小さい場合に、
前記駆動装置の駆動速度を前記第1駆動速度よりも小さい所定の第2駆動速度とすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の作業機。 - 車体と、
回収物を収容する水平位置と前記回収物を排出する傾斜位置との間で変位可能に前記車体に設けられた収容容器と、
前記車体と前記収容容器との間に設けられ、前記車体に対する前記収容容器の角度である収容容器角を変位させる駆動装置と、
水平面に対する前記車体の傾斜角度である車体傾斜角を検出する傾斜角センサと、
前記駆動装置の駆動を制御する制御装置とを有し、
前記制御装置は、前記車体傾斜角に応じて前記駆動装置を制御し、前記駆動装置が前記収容容器角を増加させるべく駆動しているときに、前記車体傾斜角の時間変化率が所定の閾値を超えた場合には、前記収容容器角を減少させるべく前記駆動装置を駆動させることを特徴とする作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、前記車体傾斜角が所定の第1傾斜角判定値以上の場合に前記駆動装置の駆動を禁止し、前記車体傾斜角が前記第1傾斜角判定値より小さい場合には、前記収容容器角が所定の角度となるまで前記駆動装置を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の作業機。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記車体傾斜角が前記第1傾斜角判定値より小さい第2傾斜角判定値より小さい場合に、前記駆動装置の駆動速度を所定の第1駆動速度とし、
前記車体傾斜角が前記第2傾斜角判定値以上であり前記第1傾斜角判定値より小さい場合に、
前記駆動装置の駆動速度を前記第1駆動速度よりも小さい所定の第2駆動速度とすることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記駆動装置が前記収容容器角を増加させるべく駆動しているときに、前記車体傾斜角の時間変化率が所定の閾値を超えた場合には、前記第1駆動速度以下の駆動速度で前記収容容器角を減少させるべく前記駆動装置を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記車体傾斜角の時間変化率が所定の閾値を超えた後、前記駆動装置に前記収容容器角を減少させるべく駆動させているときに、前記車体傾斜角が前記第1傾斜角判定値以下となった場合には、前記収容容器角を大きくする方向に前記駆動装置を駆動させることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の作業機。 - 前記制御装置は、
前記収容容器が前記傾斜位置となった後に前記収容容器角を小さくする方向に前記駆動装置を駆動させるときには、前記駆動装置を最も大きな速さで駆動させることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1つの項に記載の作業機。 - 前記車体傾斜角は前記車体の進行方向の前後方向についての水平面に対する傾斜角、及び進行方向の左右方向についての傾斜角を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1つの項に記載の作業機。
- 前記車体傾斜角は前記駆動装置によって前記収容容器が傾動される方向についての前記車体の水平面に対する傾斜角を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項9のいずれか1つの項に記載の作業機。
