Claims (9)
- 全体を円環状に形成してその円周方向複数箇所にそれぞれが外径側と内径側とに開口したポケットを有し、前記ポケットで転動体としてのボールを転動自在に保持する冠形状の軸受用保持器であって、
前記ポケットの内面と前記ボールとの間にグリース流入路を設け、ポケット間部位において保持器軸方向肉厚を薄くする肉抜きを行うとともに、ポケット間部位の保持器軸方向肉厚をaとし、ポケットの内面底対応部位の保持器軸方向肉厚をbとし、ポケット間部位の肉抜き端面からボール自転速度の最速部位までの寸法をcとしたときに、a>bでかつc>0となることを特徴とする軸受用保持器。 - 前記グリース流入路が、前記ポケットの内面に形成される溝にて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受用保持器。
- 前記グリース流入路が、前記ポケットの内面に形成される突起にて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軸受用保持器。
- 前記グリース流入路が、ボール自転速度の最速部位に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の軸受用保持器。
- ポケットの内面底対応部位の保持器軸方向肉厚を、保持器PCDの1/70〜1/30に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の軸受用保持器。
- ポケット間の保持器軸方向肉厚を、保持器PCDの1/62〜1/26に設定したことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の軸受用保持器。
- 強化材にカーボンファイバーを用いた樹脂材にて構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の軸受用保持器。
- 保持器材料をエンジニアリングプラスチックとしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の軸受用保持器。
- 前記請求項1〜請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の軸受用保持器を用いたことを特徴とする軸受。
