Description
図1は実施の形態1に係る電動機の側面断面図である。図1に示される電動機100は、モールド固定子10と、回転子20と、モールド固定子10の軸方向一端部に取り付けられる金属製のブラケット30とを備える。電動機100は、回転子20に永久磁石を有し、インバータで駆動されるブラシレスDCモータである。回転子20は内部磁石型でありかつコンシクエントポール型である。
図21は実施の形態2に係る空気調和機の構成の一例を示す図である。空気調和機300は、室内機310と、室内機310に接続される室外機320とを備える。室内機310には図示しない室内機用送風機が搭載され、室外機320には室外機用送風機330が搭載されている。また、室外機320には図示しない圧縮機が搭載されている。これらの送風機および圧縮機には、実施の形態1に係る電動機100が使用されている。
Claims (7)
- 第1の挿入孔を有する第1の回転子コアと、
第2の挿入孔を有し、前記第1の回転子コアに積層されることで、前記第1の挿入孔と前記第2の挿入孔がともに永久磁石を収納する空間を形成する第2の回転子コアと、
を有し、
前記第1の挿入孔は、前記第1の回転子コアの第1の外周位置において開口を有し、
前記第2の挿入孔は、少なくとも前記第2の回転子コアの第2の外周位置において閉塞しており、
前記第2の外周位置は前記第1の外周位置に対応し、
前記第1の回転子コアを軸方向に複数枚積層した第1の回転子コアブロックと、前記第2の回転子コアを軸方向に複数枚積層した第2の回転子コアブロックとが交互に軸方向に積層して構成されているコンシクエントポール型の回転子。 - 前記第1の回転子コアおよび第2の回転子コアは、前記永久磁石の径方向外側と、前記第1の回転子コアおよび第2の回転子コアの外周面との間のコア部に形成されるカシメを備える請求項1に記載のコンシクエントポール型の回転子。
- 前記開口する部分、前記第1の挿入孔および前記第2の挿入孔は樹脂で覆われる請求項1または請求項2に記載のコンシクエントポール型の回転子。
- 樹脂で覆われた前記第1の回転子コアおよび第2の回転子コアの外周面は円形状である請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のコンシクエントポール型の回転子。
- 前記第1の回転子コアおよび第2の回転子コアは、前記第1の回転子コアおよび第2の回転子コアの軸方向に前記第1の回転子コアと前記第2の回転子コアと前記開口する部分を有さない第3のコアとを積層して構成される請求項1から請求項4の何れか一項に記載のコンシクエントポール型の回転子。
- 請求項1から請求項5の何れか一項に記載のコンシクエントポール型の回転子と固定子とを備える電動機。
- 請求項6に記載の電動機を備えた空気調和機。
