Description
本実施形態に係る多室型熱処理装置は、図1に示すように、中間搬送装置Hを介してガス冷却装置RG、ミスト冷却装置RM及び3つの加熱装置Kを合体させた装置である。
(1)上記実施形態ではガス冷却装置RGに加えてミスト冷却装置RMを設けたが、本発明はこれに限定されない。ミスト冷却装置RMを削除することによって、ミスト冷却装置RMの設置場所に他の装置を設置することが可能となるので、例えばミスト冷却装置RMの設置場所に被処理物Xの搬入及び搬出を行う専用チャンバ(出入チャンバ)を設けてもよい。このような構成を採用した場合、被処理物Xの搬入及び搬出における上下方向位置が上記実施形態の構成よりも低くなるので、被処理物Xの搬入及び搬出に関する作業者の作業性が良好になる。

Claims (5)
- 上面視で加熱室が中間搬送室を挟んで複数配置され、被処理物が前記中間搬送室を経由して前記加熱室に収容される多室型熱処理装置であって、
上面視で前記中間搬送室に隣接して設けられ、冷却ガスを用いて前記被処理物を冷却するガス冷却室と、
前記ガス冷却室内において前記被処理物に向けて突出するガス吹込口と、前記被処理物を挟んで前記ガス吹込口に対向するように前記被処理物に向けて突出するガス排気口と、前記ガス冷却室に接続するように当該ガス冷却室の外部に設けられ、一端が前記ガス吹込口かつ他端が前記ガス排気口であり、前記ガス冷却室を介して前記冷却ガスが循環するガス循環路と、
該ガス循環路の途中部位に設けられ、前記冷却ガスを流動させる送風機と、
該送風機の上流側に設けられ、前記ガス冷却室から排気された前記冷却ガスを冷却するガス冷却機と
を備え、
前記ガス冷却室は上面視で略円形であり、
前記ガス吹込口の中心は、前記ガス冷却室の中心に対して水平方向に変位している
ことを特徴とする多室型熱処理装置。 - 前記ガス吹込口は、前記ガス冷却室内において前記被処理物の直上まで突出し、
前記ガス排気口は、前記ガス冷却室内において前記被処理物の直下まで突出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の多室型熱処理装置。 - 前記ガス冷却室と前記中間搬送室とを区画する区画扉が前記ガス冷却室内に突出する状態で設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多室型熱処理装置。
- 前記ガス冷却室は、外部との間で前記被処理物を出し入れするためのワーク出入口を備え、該ワーク出入口は前記区画扉に対向する状態に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の多室型熱処理装置。
- 前記中間搬送室の下方に所定の冷却媒体のミストを用いて前記被処理物を冷却するミスト冷却室あるいは所定の冷却油を用いて前記被処理物を冷却する油冷却室をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の多室型熱処理装置。
