Claims (5)
- 絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられた複数体のコンタクト部材が、当該コンタクト部材の厚さ方向に沿って多極状に配列されたものであって、
前記絶縁ハウジングの内部に挿入された平板状信号伝送媒体の両側表面に、前記コンタクト部材に設けられた一対の接触部が両側から挟むように圧接することで前記平板状信号伝送媒体の挟持が行われる構成になされた電気コネクタにおいて、
前記絶縁ハウジングに取り付けられ前記コンタクト部材とともに前記厚さ方向に配置され、前記平板状信号伝送媒体と係合することで前記平板状信号伝送媒体が前記絶縁ハウジングから抜け出さないように保持するロック部材を備え、
前記複数体のコンタクト部材の少なくとも一体の厚さが、他のコンタクト部材より厚く形成され、
前記ロック部材の厚さが、前記他のコンタクト部材より厚く形成され、
前記他のコンタクト部材より厚く形成されたコンタクト部材が、前記厚さ方向において前記他のコンタクト部材を挟むように2体配置され、
前記ロック部材が、前記厚さ方向において前記他のコンタクト部材を挟むように2体配置されている、
ことを特徴とする電気コネクタ。 - 前記2体のコンタクト部材が、前記厚さ方向における両側の最外端の位置に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記他のコンタクト部材より厚く形成されたコンタクト部材に設けられた一対の接触部同士の間隔Sが、前記平板状信号伝送媒体の厚さTと同一又は小さく設定されている(S≦T)ことを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記他のコンタクト部材と、当該他のコンタクト部材より厚く形成されたコンタクト部材とが、前記厚さ方向に見たときに同一の形状を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記他のコンタクト部材と、当該他のコンタクト部材より厚く形成されたコンタクト部材とを含む複数のコンタクト部材の各々が、前記厚さ方向に見たときに互いに異なる形状を有する2種類のコンタクト部材のいずれかから形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
