Description
該盛上げ印刷層が、格子部分が凸部である微細な格子状の凹凸構造により形成されたものであり、
該凸部のピッチが300〜800μmであり、該凸部の幅が80〜500μmである、
化粧シート。

該凸部のピッチが300μm以上であることを特徴とする。
基材シートとしては、限定的ではないが、紙質基材シート、プラスチック基材シート、不織布、金属基材シート、木質系基材シート等が挙げられる。紙質基材シートとしては、例えば、薄紙、紙間強化紙、含浸紙、チタン紙、コート紙、段ボール紙、リンター紙、クラフト紙、上質紙等が挙げられる。また、プラスチック基材シートとしては、例えば、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ポリブチレンテレフタレート、アクリロニトリルブタジエンスチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル等の各種のプラスチックシート、フィルム等が挙げられる。プラスチック基材シートは、着色されたものであってもよい。金属基材シートとしては、例えば、鋼板、アルミニウム、ステンレス等の上に、着色剤のアンダーコートを行ったものが挙げられる。木質系基材シートとしては、例えば、合板、パーティクルボード、中密度ファイバーボード等が挙げられる。
盛上げ印刷層は、視覚的及び触覚的な立体感を化粧シートの表面に付与するための層である。当該盛上げ印刷層が形成することにより、立体的に優れた触感と、見る角度により艶が変化するという優れた意匠性を有することができる。
本発明の化粧シートは、基材シート上に、盛上げ印刷層が少なくとも形成されていれば、その具体的構成(層構成)については限定されない。図3に本発明の化粧シートの層構成の一例を示す。図3において、本発明の化粧シート1は、基材シート12上に、着色隠蔽層13、絵柄模様層14、透明性樹脂層15がこの順に積層されており透明性樹脂層15上に盛上げ印刷層11が形成されている。さらに、絵柄模様層と透明性樹脂層との間には接着剤層が、透明性樹脂層と盛上げ印刷層との間にはプライマー層が形成されていてもよい。
着色隠蔽層は、化粧シートの表面から被着材の地色を隠蔽するための層である。
着色隠蔽層の上又は基材シートの裏面には、絵柄模様層を形成することができる。絵柄模様層は、化粧シートに所望の絵柄による意匠性を付与するものであり、絵柄の種類等は特に限定的ではない。例えば、木目模様、石目模様、砂目模様、タイル貼模様、煉瓦積模様、布目模様、皮絞模様、幾何学図形、文字、記号、抽象模様等が挙げられる。
着色隠蔽層又は絵柄模様層の上には、接着剤層が形成されていてもよい。接着剤層は、透明性のものであれば特に限定されず、無色透明、着色透明、半透明等のいずれも含む。接着剤層は、着色隠蔽層又は絵柄模様層と透明性樹脂層とを接着するために形成される。
透明性樹脂層は透明である限り着色されていてもよく、必要に応じて形成する着色隠蔽層及び絵柄模様層が視認できる範囲内で半透明であってもよい。
透明性樹脂層の上には、盛上げ印刷層の形成を容易とするためのプライマー層を設けることができる。
本発明の化粧シートを被着材上に貼着することにより、化粧板とすることができる。被着材は、限定的でなく、公知の化粧板に用いられるものと同様のものを用いることができる。
基材シートとしての紙質基材(厚み60μm)上に、ウレタン樹脂及びアクリルポリオール樹脂をバインダーとし、酸化チタン、酸化鉄、及びカーボンブラックを主成分とする着色剤を含有するインキを用いて、グラビア印刷にて着色隠蔽層(厚さ2μm)を形成した。着色隠蔽層上に、着色隠蔽層と同様のインキを用いて、グラビア印刷にて絵柄模様層(厚さ2μm)を形成した。次いで、絵柄模様層の上に2液硬化型ウレタン樹脂からなる塗液を塗工して接着剤層(乾燥状態での厚さ15μm)を形成した。
凹凸構造の凸部のピッチを約500μmとし、且つ、凹凸構造の凸部の幅を約200μmとした以外は実施例1と同様にして化粧シートを作製した。
凹凸構造の凸部のピッチが約400μmとし、且つ、凹凸構造の凸部の幅を約100μmとした以外は実施例1と同様にして化粧シートを作製した。
凹凸構造の凸部のピッチを約225μmとし、且つ、凹凸構造の凸部の幅を約100μmとした以外は実施例1と同様にして化粧シートを作製した。
各化粧シートから製造された加飾樹脂成形品表面の凹凸感を手触りで評価した。評価基準は、以下の通りである。
〇:ざらざらした触感が強く感じられる。
△:ざらざらした触感が感じられる。
×:ざらざらした触感が感じられない。

Claims (9)
- 基材シート上に、盛上げ印刷層を有する化粧材であって、
該盛上げ印刷層が、格子部分が凸部である微細な格子状の凹凸構造により形成されたものであり、
該凸部のピッチが300〜800μmであり、該凸部の幅が80〜500μmである、
化粧シート。 - 前記格子状の凹凸構造の単位格子が、正方形、長方形、菱形、及び平行四辺形からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項1に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記凸部の高さが、5μm以上である、請求項1又は2に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記盛上げ印刷層が、微粒子を含有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記凹凸構造の凹部においても下の層が被覆されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
- 前記盛上げ印刷層の表面に表面保護層を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
- 更に着色隠蔽層を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
- 更に絵柄模様層を有する、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
- 更に透明性樹脂層を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の化粧シート。
