Claims (10)
- 電動機を備えた圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張弁と、蒸発器とを接続した冷凍サイクル回路を備え、前記冷凍サイクル回路に封入する冷媒として、1,1,2−トリフルオロエチレンとジフルオロメタンとを含む作動流体を用い、前記電動機を駆動する電動機駆動装置を備え、前記電動機駆動装置は回転数推定手段を有し、前記電動機駆動装置は、前記圧縮機の目標回転数がゼロでないとき、かつ前記回転数推定手段により回転数がゼロと推定されるときに前記電動機への電力供給を停止することを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記回転数推定手段は、前記電動機へ入力する電流の検出値から回転数を推定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記電動機は、回転子と前記回転子の周囲に配置された固定子とを備え、前記回転数推定手段は、前記回転子の磁極位置の情報に基づいて回転数を推定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。

- 前記固定子は、集中巻きの固定子であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記永久磁石はネオジム磁石であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 前記電動機駆動装置は前記電動機に入力される電流を検出する電流検出手段を備え、前記電流検出手段の検出値の変化率が所定値以上となった場合には、前記電動機への電力供給を停止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の冷凍サイクル装置。
- 電動機を備えた圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張弁と、蒸発器とを接続した冷凍サイクル回路を備え、前記冷凍サイクル回路に封入する冷媒として、1,1,2−トリフルオロエチレンとジフルオロメタンとを含む作動流体を用い、前記電動機を駆動する電動機駆動装置を備え、前記電動機駆動装置は前記電動機に入力される電流を検出する電流検出手段を備え、前記電流検出手段の検出値の変化率が所定値以上となった場合には、前記電動機への電力供給を停止し、前記圧縮機の吐出部と前記膨張弁の入口との間に設けられた高圧側圧力検出手段を備え、前記高圧側圧力検出手段の検出値が大きくなるほど、前記所定値を小さくすることを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
- 電動機を備えた圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張弁と、蒸発器とを接続した冷凍サイクル回路を備え、前記冷凍サイクル回路に封入する冷媒として、1,1,2−トリフルオロエチレンとジフルオロメタンとを含む作動流体を用い、前記電動機を駆動する電動機駆動装置を備え、前記電動機駆動装置は回転数推定手段を有し、前記電動機駆動装置は前記電動機に入力される電流を検出する電流検出手段を備え、前記電動機駆動装置は前記電動機に入力される電流を検出し、前記圧縮機の吐出部と前記膨張弁の入口との間に設けられた高圧側圧力検出手段を備え、前記高圧側圧力検出手段の検出値が所定値以上で、かつ、前記電流検出手段の検出値の変化率が所定値以上となった場合には、前記電動機への電力供給を停止することを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
- 電動機を備えた圧縮機と、凝縮器と、膨張弁と、蒸発器とを接続した冷凍サイクル回路を備え、前記冷凍サイクル回路に封入する冷媒として、1,1,2−トリフルオロエチレンとジフルオロメタンとを含む作動流体を用い、前記電動機を駆動する電動機駆動装置を備え、前記電動機駆動装置は回転数推定手段を有し、前記電動機駆動装置は前記電動機駆動装置に入力される電圧を検出する電圧検出手段を備え、前記電動機駆動装置は前記電動機駆動装置に入力される電圧を検出し、前記圧縮機の吐出部と前記膨張弁の入口との間に設けられた高圧側圧力検出手段を備え、前記高圧側圧力検出手段の検出値が所定値以上で、かつ、前記電圧検出手段の検出値の変化率が所定値未満となった場合には、前記電動機への電力供給を停止することを特徴とする冷凍サイクル装置。
