Claims (3)
- 海洋や河川などの水中に設置される金属構造物に固定されたボルトと、
これに対して螺合させられるナットと、
流電陽極本体と、
前記流電陽極本体を貫通し両端が前記流電陽極本体の外に突出する芯金と、
前記芯金の前記流電電極本体から突出した両端部に設けられた係合溝とを有し、
前記係合溝は、前記芯金の厚み方向に貫通しかつ前記芯金の重力作用方向と直交する方向の周縁に一端が開口して前記ボルトを側方から導入可能な挿入口を形成する開放孔であり、かつ重力作用方向並びに重力作用方向と直交する方向の双方で前記ボルトと係合する鉛直係合部を少なくとも備え、
前記係合溝の前記挿入口から前記ボルトを相対的に前記係合溝内に挿入して、前記鉛直係合部の最奥部で前記ボルトに重力作用方向に引っ掛けた状態で前記ナットを締め付けて前記芯金が前記金属構造物に固定される
ことを特徴とする電気防食用流電陽極固定構造。 - 前記係合溝は同じ向きで前記芯金の両端にそれぞれ形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気防食用流電陽極固定構造。
- 前記係合溝は前記挿入口と連通する重力作用方向と直交する方向の水平係合部に対し前記鉛直係合部が上側に配置されているL形を成すことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の電気防食用流電陽極固定構造。
