Claims (6)
- 少なくとも1つの気体と少なくとも1つの液状のプラスチック成分とから成る混合物を製造する装置(16)であって、第1の管路(18)を介して前記少なくとも1つの気体用の装入装置(19)に接続されていて、かつ第2の管路(20)を介して前記少なくとも1つの液状のプラスチック成分用の圧送装置(21)に接続されている混合装置(17)を備えている装置(16)において、前記装入装置(19)および前記圧送装置(21)は、ピストン(22,23)を有するピストンポンプ(25,24)として形成されていることを特徴とする、装置(16)。
- 前記装入装置(19)の前記ピストン(22)と前記圧送装置(21)の前記ピストン(23)とは、機械式にまたは電気式に連結されている、請求項1記載の装置(16)。
- 前記装入装置(19)の前記ピストン(22)と前記圧送装置(21)の前記ピストン(23)とは、前記装入装置(19)からの前記気体の流出時に前記液状のプラスチック成分が前記圧送装置(21)内に流入させられ、かつ前記圧送装置(21)からの前記液状のプラスチック成分の流出時に前記気体が前記装入装置(19)内に流入させられるように、連結されている、請求項2記載の装置(16)。
- 前記装入装置(19)の前記ピストン(22)と前記圧送装置(21)の前記ピストン(23)とは、前記装入装置(19)からの前記気体の流出時に前記液状のプラスチック成分が前記圧送装置(21)から流出させられ、かつ前記装入装置(19)内への前記気体の流入時に前記液状のプラスチック成分が前記圧送装置(21)内に流入させられるように、連結されている、請求項2記載の装置(16)。
- 両方の前記ピストンポンプ(24,25)は、それぞれ交互に前記装入装置(19)または前記圧送装置(21)を形成する、請求項2記載の装置(16)。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置(16)を備えた、発泡されたプラスチック部材を製造する装置(100)。
