Claims (13)
- 内部に摺動孔を有するボディと、
前記摺動孔内を軸方向に変位可能なピストンユニットと、
前記ピストンユニットから軸方向に突出したピストンロッドと、を備え、
前記ピストンユニットは、パッキン部材と、前記パッキン部材が装着されたパッキン装着溝が設けられたピストン本体とを有し、
前記パッキン部材は、
弾性部材により構成され、前記ピストン本体の周方向に沿って一周延在するともに、前記ピストンユニットの軸方向に溝深さを持つマグネット装着溝が設けられたパッキン本体と、
前記マグネット装着溝に装着されたマグネットと、を有する、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧装置において、
前記マグネット装着溝は、前記ピストン本体と前記摺動孔の内面との間で圧縮荷重を受けた状態での前記パッキン本体において弾性圧縮変形が生じない領域に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の流体圧装置において、
前記ボディに対する前記ピストンユニットの回転を規制する回転規制機構を備え、
前記マグネットは、前記パッキン本体の周方向に関し、全周に満たない範囲で前記パッキン本体に配置されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項3記載の流体圧装置において、
前記回転規制機構は、前記ボディ内で前記ピストンユニットの軸方向に沿って延在するとともに前記ピストン本体に挿通された回転止めロッドである、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項3又は4記載の流体圧装置において、
前記ピストン本体と前記パッキン部材の一方には、前記軸方向に突出する回転防止用突起が設けられ、前記ピストン本体と前記パッキン部材の他方には、前記軸方向に凹む回転防止用凹部が設けられ、前記回転防止用突起が前記回転防止用凹部に挿入されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項3〜5のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧装置において、
前記ピストンロッドは、前記ピストン本体に対して回転可能である、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項1記載の流体圧装置において、
前記マグネット装着溝及び前記マグネットは、前記パッキン本体の周方向に一周する環状に形成されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧装置において、
前記ピストン本体は、第1ピストン部材及び第2ピストン部材を含む複数の部材からなり、
前記複数の部材のうち少なくとも2つの部材の組合せにより、前記パッキン装着溝が形成されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項8記載の流体圧装置において、
前記第1ピストン部材と前記第2ピストン部材の一方又は両方には、前記軸方向に深さを有する肉抜き部が設けられている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項9記載の流体圧装置において、
前記肉抜き部は、前記第1ピストン部材と前記第2ピストン部材のいずれか一方のみを前記軸方向に貫通した貫通孔を有する、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項9又は10記載の流体圧装置において、
前記肉抜き部は、周方向に間隔を置いて複数設けられている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項8〜11のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧装置において、
前記第1ピストン部材及び前記第2ピストン部材は、鋳造品である、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。 - 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の流体圧装置において、
前記流体圧装置は、流体圧シリンダ、バルブ装置、測長シリンダ、スライドテーブル又はチャック装置として構成されている、
ことを特徴とする流体圧装置。
