Claims (3)
- モータ本体に設けられた回転軸に噛合するギア機構部を有するギアドモータにおいて、
前記ギア機構部は、複数段の遊星歯車減速機構を有し、前記遊星歯車減速機構の初段の歯車が斜歯で形成され、前記遊星歯車減速機構の最終段の歯車が平歯で形成されており、
前記初段の前記遊星歯車減速機構は、スター型の遊星歯車減速機構であり、
前記最終段の前記遊星歯車減速機構は、プラネタリー型の遊星歯車減速機構であり、
前記回転軸の回転方向に基いて前記最終段に設けられた出力軸の回転方向が変化し、
前記初段の前記遊星歯車減速機構と前記最終段の前記遊星歯車減速機構との間に、歯車が平歯で形成されたプラネタリー型の前記遊星歯車減速機構をさらに有し、
前記初段の前記遊星歯車減速機構は、
前記回転軸を軸とする駆動歯車と、
前記駆動歯車に噛合する複数の斜歯車と、
前記回転軸に回転自在に軸支され、複数の前記斜歯車に噛合する内歯車を有するキャリアと、を含み、
前記歯車が平歯で形成された複数の前記遊星歯車減速機構は、それぞれ、
前記回転軸と同軸上に形成された平歯の太陽歯車と、
前記太陽歯車に噛合する複数の遊星歯車と、
前記遊星歯車に噛合する内歯車を有するギアボックスと、を含み、
前記ギアボックスは複数の前記遊星歯車減速機構における共通の部材である、
ことを特徴とするギアドモータ。 - 前記ギア機構部を収容するギアボックスと、前記モータ本体に取り付けられると共に前記ギアボックスが固定されるフランジを備え、
前記フランジには、前記初段の歯車を回転自在に軸支するシャフトが固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のギアドモータ。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載のギアドモータと、該ギアドモータによって作動される作動部を備えることを特徴とする携帯情報端末機器。
