Description
まず、図1〜5を参照しつつ、実施形態に係る導電部材100及び端子付導電部材110について説明する。導電部材100は、複数の被覆金属線1によって構成されている。また、導電部材100は、複数の被覆金属線1が溶着された溶着部2を含む。また、端子付導電部材110は、導電部材100と端子9とを備える。導電部材100及び端子付導電部材110は、例えば、自動車等の車両に搭載されるワイヤーハーネスの一部であることが考えられる。
本実施形態において、外層部21では、複数の被覆金属線1同士が溶着されているため、端子9に圧着されたときに、端子9の圧着部91の隙間から被覆金属線1が飛び出ることが抑制される。また、外層部21の内側の内層部31及び中間部32では、複数の被覆金属線1の少なくとも一部がばらけることが可能な状態である。即ち、内層部31及び中間部32は、外層部21に比べ柔らかい。このため、端子9と圧着された溶着部2は、柔らかい内層部31及び中間部32によって圧着後の端子9の圧着部91の一対の圧着片911の内周面が成す形状に応じて変形しやすい。その結果、溶着部2と端子9の圧着部91の内周面との接触領域が増え、導電部材100に対し、端子9を十分に圧着することが可能となる。
図9を参照しつつ、変形例に係る導電部材100Aについて説明する。図9は、導電部材100Aの溶着部2の外層部21の断面図である。なお、図9において、図1〜8に示される構成要素と同じ構成要素には、同じ参照符号が付されている。
また、導電部材100の溶着部2の箇所に、外層部21及び中間部32のみが形成されている場合又は外層部21及び内層部31のみが形成されている場合も考えられる。

Claims (5)
- 複数の金属素線と前記複数の金属素線各々の周囲を覆う導電性の被覆部分とを備える複数の被覆金属線によって構成される導電部材であって、
前記複数の被覆金属線の延在方向において少なくとも一部が溶着された溶着部を含み、
前記溶着部は、外周面側において前記複数の被覆金属線同士が溶着されて形成された外層部を含み、
前記外層部の内側では、端子の圧着により前記複数の被覆金属線の少なくとも一部がばらけることが可能な状態である、導電部材。 - 請求項1に記載の導電部材であって、
前記外層部では、前記被覆部分が溶融し固化した部分によって、前記複数の金属素線同士が接合されている、導電部材。 - 請求項2に記載の導電部材であって、
前記被覆部分は金属であり、
前記外層部では、前記金属素線と前記被覆部分との合金部分及び前記被覆部分が前記金属素線の外周面上に形成された前記複数の金属素線同士が、前記被覆部分が溶融し固化した部分によって接合されている、導電部材。 - 請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の導電部材であって、
前記金属素線は、銅であり、
前記被覆部分が、錫メッキである、導電部材。 - 請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の導電部材と、
前記導電部材の前記溶着部に圧着された圧着部を含む端子と、を備える、端子付導電部材。
