Description
(1) 前部に相手方端子に対して接続するための電気接続部を有し、その後部に、底板部と、該底板部の両側縁から上方に延在し、且つ接続すべき電線の端末部を包み込むように内側に曲げられることで前記電線の端末部を前記底板部の上面に密着した状態となるように加締める一対の電線加締片と、を備える断面視略U字状に形成された第1と第2の2つの電線接続部を有し、該2つの電線接続部の前記底板部を共通とし且つ前記第1の電線接続部の電線加締片と第2の電線接続部の電線加締片とを前後に独立した状態で離間させて有し、屈曲不要な部位に使用され被覆に包まれた導体を単芯導体とする単芯電線又は被覆に包まれた導体を多芯導体とする多芯電線に共用する圧着端子の電線に対する接続方法であって、
前記電線が、前記単芯電線よりなる場合は、その被覆を除去して露出させた単芯導体を前記第1と第2の電線接続部の共通の底板部の上にセットし、その状態で、前記第1と第2の電線接続部の各一対の電線加締片を内側に曲げて前記単芯導体に共に加締めることにより、電線の端末部に端子を圧着固定し、
前記電線が、前記多芯電線よりなる場合は、その被覆を除去して露出させた多芯導体を前記第1の電線接続部の底板部の上にセットし、その状態で、第1の電線接続部の一対の電線加締片を内側に曲げて多芯導体に加締めると共に、被覆の付いた部分を前記第2の電線接続部の底板部の上にセットし、その状態で、第2の電線接続部の一対の電線加締片を内側に曲げて被覆の付いた部分に加締めることにより、電線の端末部に端子を圧着固定することを特徴とする圧着端子の電線に対する接続方法。

Claims (2)
- 前部に相手方端子に対して接続するための電気接続部を有し、その後部に、底板部と、該底板部の両側縁から上方に延在し、且つ接続すべき電線の端末部を包み込むように内側に曲げられることで前記電線の端末部を前記底板部の上面に密着した状態となるように加締める一対の電線加締片と、を備える断面視略U字状に形成された第1と第2の2つの電線接続部を有し、該2つの電線接続部の前記底板部を共通とし且つ前記第1の電線接続部の電線加締片と第2の電線接続部の電線加締片とを前後に独立した状態で離間させて有し、屈曲不要な部位に使用され被覆に包まれた導体を単芯導体とする単芯電線又は被覆に包まれた導体を多芯導体とする多芯電線に共用する圧着端子の電線に対する接続方法であって、
前記電線が、前記単芯電線よりなる場合は、その被覆を除去して露出させた単芯導体を前記第1と第2の電線接続部の共通の底板部の上にセットし、その状態で、前記第1と第2の電線接続部の各一対の電線加締片を内側に曲げて前記単芯導体に共に加締めることにより、電線の端末部に端子を圧着固定し、
前記電線が、前記多芯電線よりなる場合は、その被覆を除去して露出させた多芯導体を前記第1の電線接続部の底板部の上にセットし、その状態で、第1の電線接続部の一対の電線加締片を内側に曲げて多芯導体に加締めると共に、被覆の付いた部分を前記第2の電線接続部の底板部の上にセットし、その状態で、第2の電線接続部の一対の電線加締片を内側に曲げて被覆の付いた部分に加締めることにより、電線の端末部に端子を圧着固定することを特徴とする圧着端子の電線に対する接続方法。 - 前記単芯電線が、被覆に包まれた導体をアルミ単芯導体とする単芯アルミ電線よりなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧着端子の電線に対する接続方法。
