Claims (5)
- グラフト材料壁、近位端開口部、遠位端開口部、および長手方向に延びる管腔を有する管状本体を備える管腔内プロテーゼであって、前記グラフト材料壁に設けられた第1の開窓と、前記グラフト材料壁に設けられた第2の開窓と、前記第1の開窓の遠位側の位置で前記グラフト材料壁に設けられた第1のガイドワイヤ開口部と、前記第2の開窓の遠位側の位置で前記グラフト材料壁に設けられた第2のガイドワイヤ開口部と、を備え、前記第1の開窓と前記第2の開窓とが前記管状本体の周りに互いに円周方向に離間しており、前記第1のガイドワイヤ開口部と前記第2のガイドワイヤ開口部とが前記管状本体の周りに互いに円周方向に離間している、管腔内プロテーゼと、
前記プロテーゼの前記遠位端開口部に配置されたスカラップ部と、
前記管状本体の前記近位端開口部の近位の領域から延びる第1および第2の端部を有するガイドワイヤであって、前記近位端開口部から入り、前記第1の開窓から出て、前記プロテーゼの外面に沿って前記第1のガイドワイヤ開口部まで遠位方向に延び、前記第1のガイドワイヤ開口部に入り、前記管腔内を遠位方向に延び、U字状に湾曲して、前記第2のガイドワイヤ開口部まで近位方向に延び、前記第2のガイドワイヤ開口部から出て、前記プロテーゼの前記外面に沿って前記第2の開窓まで近位方向に延び、前記第2の開窓に入って、前記プロテーゼの前記近位端開口部から出るようにされ、前記U字状に湾曲した部分が前記スカラップ部に重なっている、ガイドワイヤと、
を備えるシステム。 - 前記ガイドワイヤが、前記プロテーゼの前記管腔を前記第1および第2のガイドワイヤ開口部の遠位側を通って横断する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1のガイドワイヤ開口部の遠位に配置された第1の分岐と、前記第2のガイドワイヤ開口部の遠位に配置された第2の分岐と、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記管腔内を延びている前記ガイドワイヤの一部分が、前記プロテーゼの内面に固定されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1および第2の開窓の遠位の位置で前記グラフト材料壁に配置された第3の開窓をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
