前記アンテナ素子の第1のアンテナ側端子と直流的に接続するまたは容量結合する第1のモジュール側端子、
前記アンテナ素子の第2のアンテナ側端子と直流的に接続するまたは容量結合する第2のモジュール側端子、
前記第1のチップ接続用端子と前記第1のモジュール側端子とを接続する第1の配線パターン、
前記第2のチップ接続用端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とを接続する第2の配線パターン、および、
前記第1のモジュール側端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とを接続する第3の配線パターン、が設けられている、RFIDタグが提供される。

Claims (10)
- 主面を備えるベース基材、および第1の入出力端子と第2の入出力端子とを備えて前記ベース基材の主面に実装されるRFICチップを備えるRFICモジュールと、
第1のアンテナ側端子と第2のアンテナ側端子とを備えるアンテナ素子と、
を有し、
前記RFICモジュールのベース基材の主面上に、
前記RFICチップの第1の入出力端子と接続する第1のチップ接続用端子、
前記RFICチップの第2の入出力端子と接続する第2のチップ接続用端子、
前記アンテナ素子の第1のアンテナ側端子と直流的に接続するまたは容量結合する第1のモジュール側端子、
前記アンテナ素子の第2のアンテナ側端子と直流的に接続するまたは容量結合する第2のモジュール側端子、
前記第1のチップ接続用端子と前記第1のモジュール側端子とを接続する第1の配線パターン、
前記第2のチップ接続用端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とを接続する第2の配線パターン、および、
前記第1のモジュール側端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とを接続する第3の配線パターン、が設けられ、
前記第1のアンテナ側端子と前記第2のアンテナ側端子との間の距離が、前記第1のモジュール側端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子との間の距離に比べて大きい、RFIDタグ。 - 前記第1の配線パターン、前記第2の配線パターン、および前記第3の配線パターンそれぞれが、ミアンダ状である、請求項1に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 主面を備えるベース基材、および第1の入出力端子と第2の入出力端子とを備えて前記ベース基材の主面に実装されるRFICチップを備えるRFICモジュールと、
第1のアンテナ側端子と第2のアンテナ側端子とを備えるアンテナ素子と、
を有し、
前記RFICモジュールのベース基材の主面上に、
前記RFICチップの第1の入出力端子と接続する第1のチップ接続用端子、
前記RFICチップの第2の入出力端子と接続する第2のチップ接続用端子、
前記アンテナ素子の第1のアンテナ側端子と直流的に接続するまたは容量結合する第1のモジュール側端子、
前記アンテナ素子の第2のアンテナ側端子と直流的に接続するまたは容量結合する第2のモジュール側端子、
前記第1のチップ接続用端子と前記第1のモジュール側端子とを接続する第1の配線パターン、
前記第2のチップ接続用端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とを接続する第2の配線パターン、および、
前記第1のモジュール側端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とを接続する第3の配線パターン、が設けられ、
前記第1の配線パターン、前記第2の配線パターン、および前記第3の配線パターンそれぞれが、ミアンダ状である、RFIDタグ。 - 前記ミアンダ状の第1の配線パターンと前記ミアンダ状の第3の配線パターンの一方側部分とが、両者間の距離を一定に維持しながら、前記第1のモジュール側端子に向かって蛇行しながら延在し、
前記ミアンダ状の第2の配線パターンと前記ミアンダ状の第3の配線パターンの他方側部分とが、両者間の距離を一定に維持しながら、前記第2のモジュール側端子に向かって蛇行しながら延在している、請求項2または3に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記第1のモジュール側端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とが前記ベース基材の長手方向に間隔をあけて対向し、
前記第1のモジュール側端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とに挟まれた前記ベース基材の主面における領域に、前記RFICチップ、前記第1の配線パターン、前記第2の配線パターン、および前記第3の配線パターンが位置する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。 - 前記第1のチップ接続用端子、前記第2のチップ接続用端子、前記第1のモジュール側端子、前記第2のモジュール側端子、前記第1の配線パターン、前記第2の配線パターン、および前記第3の配線パターンが、1つの導体パターンとして一体化されている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記RFICモジュールが、前記RFICチップ、前記第1の配線パターン、前記第2の配線パターン、および前記第3の配線パターンを覆うように前記ベース基材の主面上に設けられた保護層を備える、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記保護層が、前記第1のモジュール側端子と前記第2のモジュール側端子とを少なくとも部分的に覆うように、前記ベース基材の主面上に設けられている、請求項7に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記保護層が、磁性フィラーを含有している、請求項7または8に記載のRFIDタグ。
- 前記ベース基材が可撓性を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載のRFIDタグ。
