主軸(20)に取り付けられた工具(22)を用いて加工対象物(W)を加工する工作機械(12)を備える工作機械システム(10)は、工作機械(12)の加工領域(12a)内に設置され、加工対象物(W)を把持し、工作機械(12)による加工に応じて、加工対象物(W)を移動させる複数のロボット(14)を備える。
工作機械(12)の主軸(20)に取り付けられた工具(22)によって加工される加工対象物(W)を移動させる移動方法は、工作機械(12)の加工領域(12a)内に複数のロボット(14)が設置され、複数のロボット(14)が、加工対象物(W)を把持し、工作機械(12)による加工に応じて、加工対象物(W)を移動させる。

Claims (14)
- 主軸に取り付けられた工具を用いて加工対象物を加工する工作機械を備える工作機械システムであって、
前記工作機械は、前記主軸の軸方向と直交する平面上に沿って移動するテーブルを備え、
前記工作機械の加工領域内の前記テーブル上に設置され、前記加工対象物を把持し、前記工作機械による加工に応じて、前記加工対象物を移動させる複数のロボットを備える、工作機械システム。 - 請求項1に記載の工作機械システムであって、
前記複数のロボットは、前記工作機械による加工に応じて、前記加工対象物の位置を変更させる、工作機械システム。 - 請求項1または2に記載の工作機械システムであって、
前記複数のロボットは、前記工作機械による加工に応じて、前記加工対象物の姿勢を変更させる、工作機械システム。 - 工作機械の主軸に取り付けられた工具によって加工される加工対象物を移動させる移動方法であって、
前記工作機械は、前記主軸の軸方向と直交する平面上に沿って移動するテーブルを備え、
前記工作機械の加工領域内の前記テーブル上に複数のロボットが設置され、
前記複数のロボットが、前記加工対象物を把持し、前記工作機械による加工に応じて、前記加工対象物を移動させる、移動方法。 - 請求項4に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットが、前記工作機械による加工に応じて、前記加工対象物の位置を変更させる、移動方法。 - 請求項4または5に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットが、前記工作機械による加工に応じて、前記加工対象物の姿勢を変更させる、移動方法。 - 請求項6に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットが、前記工作機械による加工に応じて、前記加工対象物を予め決められた所定の軸回りに回転させることで、前記加工対象物の姿勢を変更させる、移動方法。 - 請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットのうち、少なくとも1つの前記ロボットが、前記加工対象物の把持を解除し、
前記加工対象物の把持を解除した前記ロボットによって加工することができなかった前記加工対象物の部分が前記工具によって加工されるように、前記加工対象物を把持している残りの1つまたは複数の前記ロボットが、前記加工対象物を移動させる、移動方法。 - 請求項4〜8のいずれか1項に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットのうち、少なくとも1つの前記ロボットが、前記加工対象物の把持を解除する場合は、把持を解除した後に、エンドエフェクタを交換して、前記加工対象物に対して所定の処理を施す、移動方法。 - 請求項9に記載の移動方法であって、
前記所定の処理は、前記工作機械による加工によって前記加工対象物に発生したバリを取るためのバリ取り処理、または、前記工作機械による加工によって前記加工対象物に付着した切粉を除去する洗浄処理である、移動方法。 - 請求項4〜10のいずれか1項に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットが、前記加工対象物を反転させる、移動方法。 - 請求項4〜11のいずれか1項に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットのうち、少なくとも1つの前記ロボットが、加工済みの前記加工対象物を前記加工領域外に搬出する、移動方法。 - 請求項12に記載の移動方法であって、
前記複数のロボットのうち、少なくとも1つの前記ロボットが、未加工の前記加工対象物を前記加工領域内に搬入する、移動方法。 - 請求項13に記載の移動方法であって、
加工済みの前記加工対象物を搬出する前記ロボットと、未加工の前記加工対象物を搬入する前記ロボットとが、搬出動作および搬入動作を並行して行う、移動方法。
