Description
造核剤、特に欠陥トバモライト形態のC−(A)−S−Hを含有する生成物の生成におけるドーピング元素の影響を分析するために、一連の実験を実施した。
全ての場合で、フライアッシュおよびアセチレン石灰スラリー懸濁液の同じバッチを用いた。スペイン規格UNE−EN196−2による化学分析(CA)および蛍光X線分析(FRX(=Fluorescencia de rayos X)またはXRF(X-ray fluorescence))よって測定されたフライアッシュの化学組成を表1に示す。
2つのサンプルを調製し、XRDにより比較した。ドープされていないサンプルおよびドープされたサンプルの両方が、Ca/Si=2.2を有していた。また、ドープされたサンプルは、モル比B/Si=0.172となるようなモル比でホウ砂をドープした。

同じ反応プロセスで異なるドーピング元素を組み合わせる可能性を分析した。この目的のために、2つのサンプルを調製した。第1のサンプルはドープ元素としてホウ素をモル比率B/Si=0.053で含有し、第2のサンプルは、同じモル比率B/Si=0.053のホウ素とは別に、硫黄含有ドープ剤(石膏)をモル比S/Si=0.011となるような比率で添加した。
本発明の背景で説明したように、トバモライト様構造の熱安定性は、水熱温度が上昇すると低下し、特に120〜140℃に達すると、播種能力のない他の相に至る。
ドープされていないサンプルおよびドープされたサンプルの両方がCa/Si=2.2を有していた。また、ドープされたサンプルには、モル比B/Si=0.172となるようなモル比でホウ素をドープした。

セメント系C−(A)−S−Hゲル(典型的には1.5〜2.5の範囲)に見出される典型的なCa/Siモル比をカバーするために、3つのCa/Siモル比、すなわちCa/Si=1.6、Ca/Si=2、Ca/Si=2.2を研究した。
1つはドープ剤を含み、1つはドープ剤を含まない、両方ともCa/Si=2の2つのサンプルを調製し、XRDによって比較した。両方の場合に、同じバッチの粉砕ガラスと石灰を用いた。蛍光X線分析(FRX(=Fluorescencia de rayos X)またはXRF(X-ray fluorescence))によって測定した場合の粉砕ガラスの化学組成を表2に示す。
この例は、得られた生成物の播種能力におけるドープ剤の重要性、およびこのことがセメントペーストであるセメント系材料の初期の機械的特性にどのように影響するかを示す。
<事例の比較:よく用いられる他のSCMと比較した硬化剤としての本発明の粉末の使用>
図9は、(基準である普通のセメントペーストに対して)水/セメント比w/c=0.35で2重量%添加して作成し、7日間硬化させたセメントペーストの圧縮強度の増加を示す。セメントは52.5−R普通ポルトランドセメントに相当し、添加物は、ナノシリカ粒子(NS)、ナノアルミナ粒子(NA)、シリカフュームまたはマイクロシリカ(MS)、および(実施例1aによって得られた)本発明の欠陥トバモライト形態のC−S−Hを含有する粉末に相当した。
この実施例は、本発明のプロセスによって得られた生成物の特性を示す。

Claims (17)
- 造核剤を含有するスラリーを製造するための方法であって、水性媒体中で、且つ、P含有化合物、B含有化合物、S含有化合物およびこれらの混合物からなる群から選択されるドープ剤の存在下で、少なくとも1つのCa含有化合物源と少なくとも1つのSi含有化合物源とを反応させるステップを備え、ここで、
(i) 前記反応は100〜350℃の温度で実施され、
(ii) CaのSiに対する総モル比は1.5〜2.5であり、
(iii) ドープ剤のSiに対する総モル比は0.01〜2であり、ただし、
(a)唯一のドープ剤がP含有化合物である場合、PのSiに対する総モル比は0.1〜2であり、
(b)唯一のドープ剤がB含有化合物である場合、BのSiに対する総モル比は0.01〜2であり、
(c)唯一のドープ剤がS含有化合物である場合、SのSiに対する総モル比は0.1〜2である、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1つのAl含有化合物源を反応させるステップをさらに備える、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記造核剤が、欠陥トバモライト形態のケイ酸カルシウム(アルミニウム)水和物(C−(A)−S−H)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記P含有化合物がP2O5である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記造核剤がヒドロキシアパタイトをさらに含む、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記B含有化合物がホウ砂である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記CaのSiに対する総モル比が1.8〜2.4である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム含有化合物が、酸化カルシウム、水酸化カルシウムおよびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素含有化合物が水溶性ケイ酸化合物である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記Al含有化合物源のアルミニウム含有化合物は、水溶性アルミン酸である、請求項2に記載の方法。
- カルシウム含有化合物源、ケイ素含有化合物源およびアルミニウム含有化合物源が産業廃棄物または副生成物である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記カルシウム含有化合物源がアセチレン石灰スラリーである、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ケイ素含有化合物源および前記アルミニウム含有化合物源が、フライアッシュ、シリカフューム、粉砕粒状高炉スラグ、塩スラグ、ガラスおよびこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 固体対水の重量比が0.2〜100である、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記温度が140〜250℃である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記反応の持続時間が2〜8時間である、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- a) 請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するステップと、
b) 得られたスラリーを濾過するステップと、
c) 得られた濾過生成物を、80〜150℃の範囲の温度で乾燥させるステップと、
d) 得られた乾燥生成物を解凝集させて粉末を得るステップと
を備える、造核剤を含有する粉末を製造する方法。
