Abstract

Un proceso para la fabricación de una lechada que contiene agentes nucleantes que comprende hacer reaccionar al menos una fuente de un compuesto que contiene Ca con al menos una fuente de un compuesto que contiene Si, en un medio acuoso y en presencia de un agente dopante seleccionado del grupo que consiste en P, B, S, y mezclas de los mismos; en el que: (i) la reacción se lleva a cabo a una temperatura comprendida de 100 a 350ºC; (ii) la relación molar total Ca/Si es 1,5 - 2,5, y (iii) la relación molar total de agente dopante/Si es 0,01 - 2; con la condición de que: (a) cuando el único agente dopante es P, la relación molar total P/Si es 0,1 - 2; (b) cuando el único agente dopante es B, la relación molar total B/Si es 0,01 - 2, y (c) cuando el único agente dopante es S, la relación molar total S/Si es 0,1 - 2.
