Description
図1は、本発明の第1実施形態に係る圧縮空気貯蔵(CAES:compressed air energy storage)発電装置2の概略構成図を示している。このCAES発電装置2は、発電設備4で再生可能エネルギーを利用して発電する場合に、需要先である外部の電力系統6への出力変動を平準化するとともに、電力系統6における需要電力の変動に合わせた電力を出力する。なお、発電設備4は再生可能エネルギーを利用して発電する場合に限定されず、工場設備等の自家発電設備であってもよい。
図4は、第2実施形態のCAES発電装置2の概略構成図を示している。本実施形態のCAES発電装置2は、圧縮機8、膨張機12が2段式で、第1熱交換部16、第2熱交換部20、蓄熱タンク18が複数あること以外の構成は図1、図2A、及び図2Bの第1実施形態と実質的に同様である。従って、図1、図2A、及び図2Bに示した構成と同様の部分については説明を省略する場合がある。

Claims (9)
- 変動する入力電力により駆動される電動機と、
前記電動機と機械的に接続され、空気を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機と流体的に接続され、前記圧縮機により圧縮された空気を貯蔵する蓄圧タンクと、
前記蓄圧タンクと流体的に接続され、前記蓄圧タンクから供給される圧縮空気によって駆動される膨張機と、
前記膨張機と機械的に接続された発電機と、
冷却水が供給される冷却水流路と、
前記圧縮機のケーシング内には前記冷却水流路の一部が設けられており、熱交換することで、前記冷却水流路内の冷却水は昇温し、作動流体である空気は降温する第1熱交換部と、
前記冷却水流路で昇温した冷却水を温水として取り出す温水取出機構と、
前記電動機を冷却するための第1冷却流体が内部を流動する第1冷却流路と、
前記第1冷却流路内で昇温した前記第1冷却流体と、前記冷却水流路内の冷却水とで熱交換して前記冷却水流路内の水を昇温させる第2熱交換部と
を備える圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。 - 変動する入力電力により駆動される電動機と、
前記電動機と機械的に接続され、空気を圧縮する圧縮機と、
前記圧縮機と流体的に接続され、前記圧縮機により圧縮された空気を貯蔵する蓄圧タンクと、
前記蓄圧タンクと流体的に接続され、前記蓄圧タンクから供給される圧縮空気によって駆動される膨張機と、
前記膨張機と機械的に接続された発電機と、
冷却水が供給される冷却水流路と、
前記圧縮機のケーシング内には前記冷却水流路の一部が設けられており、熱交換することで、前記冷却水流路内の冷却水は昇温し、作動流体である空気は降温する第1熱交換部と、
前記冷却水流路で昇温した冷却水を温水として取り出す温水取出機構と、
前記発電機を冷却するための第2冷却流体が内部を流動する第2冷却流路と、
前記第2冷却流路内で昇温した前記第2冷却流体と、前記冷却水流路内の冷却水とで熱交換して前記冷却水流路内の冷却水を昇温させる第3熱交換部と
を備える圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。 - 前記圧縮機で圧縮された圧縮空気と熱媒とで熱交換し、熱媒を昇温させるための第4熱交換部と、
前記第4熱交換部で昇温した熱媒を貯蔵する蓄熱タンクと、
前記蓄熱タンクから供給される熱媒と前記蓄圧タンクから供給される圧縮空気とで熱交換して圧縮空気を昇温させて前記膨張機に供給する第5熱交換部と
をさらに備える、請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。 - 前記第5熱交換部で熱交換後の熱媒と、前記冷却水流路内の冷却水とで熱交換して前記冷却水流路内の水を昇温させる第6熱交換部をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。
- 前記発電機を冷却するための第2冷却流体が内部を流動する第2冷却流路と、
前記第2冷却流路内で昇温した前記第2冷却流体と、前記冷却水流路内の水とで熱交換して前記冷却水流路内の水を昇温させる第3熱交換部と
をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。 - 前記圧縮機で圧縮された圧縮空気と熱媒とで熱交換し、熱媒を昇温させるための第4熱交換部と、
前記第4熱交換部で昇温した熱媒を貯蔵する蓄熱タンクと、
前記蓄熱タンクから供給される熱媒と前記蓄圧タンクから供給される圧縮空気とで熱交換して圧縮空気を昇温させて前記膨張機に供給する第5熱交換部と
をさらに備える、請求項5に記載の圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。 - 前記第5熱交換部で熱交換後の熱媒と、前記冷却水流路内の水とで熱交換して前記冷却水流路内の水を昇温させる第6熱交換部をさらに備える、請求項6に記載の圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。
- 前記第1熱交換部と、前記第2熱交換部と、前記第3熱交換部と、前記第6熱交換部とが、前記冷却水流路において直列に流体的に接続され、前記冷却水流路内の水を順に昇温させる、請求項7に記載の圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。
- 前記冷却水流路内を流動する水の流量を調整する流量調整手段を備え、前記流量調整手段により、前記温水取出機構から取り出す水の流量及び温度を調整可能である、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮空気貯蔵発電装置。
