Claims (10)
- 第1の内部電極層および第2の内部電極層が圧電体層を介して互いに対向するように交互に積層された長さ方向と幅方向とを有する長方形板状の圧電素子であって、積層方向から見て前記第1の内部電極層が幅方向の両側面まで達するように設けられているとともに前記第2の内部電極層が幅方向の両側面との間の少なくとも一部に間隙があるように設けられており、該間隙の全域を見たときに前記第2の内部電極層と側面との間隔が異なる部分を有しており、前記第2の内部電極層と一方側面との間の前記間隙の形状が前記第2の内部電極層と他方側面との間の前記間隙の形状と異なっていることを特徴とする圧電素子。
- 前記間隙が前記第2の内部電極層と幅方向の両側面との間の全域にわたって設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記第2の内部電極層と一方側面との間の前記間隙の形状と、前記第2の内部電極層と他方側面との間の前記間隙の形状とは、反転させた場合に同じではなく前記長さ方向の中心軸に対して線対称でもないことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記圧電素子は、互いに伸縮状態の異なる一方主面側の領域および他方主面側の領域を有するバイモルフ構造であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちのいずれかに記載の圧電素子。
- 前記一方主面側の領域における前記第2の内部電極層と一方側面との前記間隔と、前記他方主面側の領域における前記第2の内部電極層と一方側面との前記間隔とが異なっているとともに、前記一方主面側の領域における前記第2の内部電極層と他方側面との前記間隔と、前記他方主面側における前記第2の内部電極層と他方側面との前記間隔とが異なっていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記一方主面側の領域において、前記第2の内部電極層と一方側面との前記間隔が前記第2の内部電極層と他方側面との前記間隔よりも大きくなっており、前記他方主面側の領域において、前記第2の内部電極層と一方側面との前記間隔が前記第2の内部電極層と他方側面との前記間隔よりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の圧電素子。
- 前記一方主面側の領域に位置する第2の内部電極層の面積と前記他方主面側の領域に位置する第2の内部電極層の面積とが異なっていることを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項6のうちのいずれかに記載の圧電素子。
- 請求項1乃至請求項7のうちのいずれかに記載の圧電素子と、該圧電素子が取り付けられており、該圧電素子の振動によって振動する振動板とを備えていることを特徴とする音響発生器。
- 請求項8に記載の音響発生器と、該音響発生器を収容する筐体とを備えていることを特徴とする音響発生装置。
- 請求項8に記載の音響発生器と、該音響発生器に接続された電子回路と、該電子回路および前記音響発生器を収容する筐体とを備えていることを特徴とする電子機器。
