Description
Claims (13)
- 対応する支持体から繊維機械又は糸巻機若しくは巻線機などの加工機へと繰り出される糸又は金属糸の供給を制御するコンパクトな装置であって、前記供給は、支持体から加工機へ及び加工機から離れて支持体に向かって行うことができ、前記装置は、少なくとも2個の回転部材(5、6)を有する本体(1)を備え、これらの回転部材には糸が巻き付けられ、検知手段(12)がこれらの回転部材と連携してこれらの回転部材の回転速度を検知し、これらの検知手段(12)は、制御ユニット(13)に接続されており、前記制御ユニット(13)に接続された手段(15)が設けられて糸の張力を検知し、各々の前記回転部材(5、6)は、遊び部材であり、回転部材に接触して移動する糸によって回転し、張力検知手段(15)は、糸に近接して配置されている装置において、
この装置が、接触して移動する糸によって回転し、各々供給される糸の量及び速度を測
定する速度検知手段(12)と協働する2個の遊び回転部材(5、6)を備え、張力検知手段(15)が、それらの遊び回転部材の間に配置され、制御ユニット(13)は、糸(F)の摺動又は休止状態、糸の速度及び/又は供給する糸の量、並びに糸(F)の摺動方向、すなわち、糸が加工機に向かって移動しているか又は糸が加工機から離れるように移動しているかを検知することを特徴とする装置。 - 前記制御ユニット(13)が、聴覚及び/又は視覚による警報発生器に接続されており、前記制御ユニットは、糸の供給中、特に糸の張力の平均値又は瞬時値を観測することにより、糸(F)の張力の推移を確認して、糸の張力が所定の許容範囲内にあることを確認し、前記制御ユニット(13)は、張力の値が前記許容範囲を外れている場合には、前記警報発生器を起動し、前記警報発生器は、2個の遊び回転部材のうちの1個によって供給される糸の速度値及び量が、予め設定した値と異なる場合、又は前記制御ユニット(13)によって糸の量が比較されるプログラムされた製造値に、糸の量が達した場合にも起動され、前記糸の量の値を、処理中、測定した張力の関数として前記糸の伸びを相殺することができることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 糸の張力及び速度若しくは供給量の予め設定した値は、加工機の作業段階の関数であり、本体(1)は、加工機から来る同期信号用の接続部又はインレット(20)を備え、この同期信号を通じて、制御ユニット(13)は、前記作業段階を検知し、前記加工機への糸の供給中、前記予め設定した値と、検知された糸の張力及び速度若しくは量の対応する値との間の比較を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 予め設定された張力値が、予め定義されたもの又は自己学習されたものであり、前記張力値は、加工機の特定の作業段階の関数として固定されている又は可変であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(13)は、装置に入って一方の回転部材(5)と協働する糸の速度値と、もう一方の回転部材(6)と協働して装置から出る糸の速度値との間の差を測定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニット(13)は、前記速度検知手段(12)によって検知された糸の速度データ及び供給する糸の量のデータを通じて加工機の種々の作業段階を自己認識することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記遊び回転部材(5、6)が、装置の本体(1)の同じ面(2)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(1)は、実質的に平板状であること、すなわち、本体が、本体の長手方向の軸線(X)に沿って、遊び回転部材を有する前記面(2)に対して垂直な軸線(Y)に沿う伸び巾よりも、かなり大きく伸びていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記遊び回転部材は、前記本体(1)の長手方向の軸線(X)を含む同様な平面にある平行な回転の軸線(K)を有していることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の装置。
- 制御ユニット(13)が、前記本体(1)の内側又は前記本体(1)の外側にあり、本体は、本体自体に設けられた接続部(20)を通じてケーブルを介して前記制御ユニットに接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記本体(1)は、前記遊び回転部材(5、6)及び前記張力検知手段(15)によって収集された張力及び速度のパラメータが送られるデータ収集ステーションに接続された物理的な又はWi−Fiのシリアルラインへの装置の接続部を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記回転速度を検知する手段(12)は、それぞれの遊び回転部材(5、6)に取り付けられた少なくとも1個のホールセンサ又はエンコーダを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 対応する支持体から繊維機械又は糸巻機若しくは巻線機などの加工機へと繰り出される糸又は金属糸の供給を制御する方法であって、前記供給は、支持体から加工機へ及び加工機から離れて支持体に向かって行うことができ、前記方法は、請求項1に記載の少なくとも1個の装置によって実施され、前記装置は、少なくとも2個の回転部材(5、6)を有する本体(1)を備え、これらの回転部材には糸が巻き付けられ、検知手段(12)がこれらの回転部材と連携してこれらの回転部材の回転速度を検知し、これらの検知手段(12)は、制御ユニット(13)に接続されており、前記制御ユニット(13)に接続された手段(15)が設けられて糸の張力を検知し、制御ユニットは、供給される糸の速度、張力及び量の複数の測定とともに、糸の供給のための複雑な複数の調節ループ又は高精度の制御ループの閉ループ化を行い、その結果は、測定値自体の組み合わせの関数である方法において、
糸(F)の摺動及び休止状態と、糸(F)の摺動方向、すなわち、糸が加工機に向かって移動しているか又は糸が加工機から離れて移動しているかを検知することを含んでいることを特徴とする方法。
