Claims (5)
- 板材を回転させながら加工具を用いて前記板材の成形対象領域をテーパー状に成形するスピニング成形方法であって、
前記加工具を、前記板材に押圧しながら前記成形対象領域の内側端から外側端に向かって移動させ、前記外側端では前記加工具の位置を拘束した状態で前記板材を回転させる、スピニング成形方法。 - 板材を回転させながら加工具を用いて前記板材の成形対象領域をテーパー状に成形するスピニング成形方法であって、
前記加工具を、前記板材に押圧しながら前記成形対象領域の内側端から外側端に向かって移動させ、前記外側端の近傍では前記加工具の軸方向送込速度および径方向進行速度を低下させる、スピニング成形方法。 - 前記加工具の前記板材への押圧を、前記板材における前記加工具が押圧される部分と同一円周上に位置する部分を局所的に加熱しながら行う、請求項1または2に記載のスピニング成形方法。
- 前記加工具は、前記板材の回転軸から遠ざかる方向に向かって縮径する断面台形状の成形ローラであり、前記成形ローラの前記板材への押圧を、成形ローラの大径部が板材に点接触し、かつ、成形ローラの側面と前記板材の回転軸に対する直交面とのなす角度が1度以上30度以下となる姿勢に前記成形ローラを保った状態で行う、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のスピニング成形方法。
- 前記加工具の前記板材への押圧を、前記板材における前記加工具が押圧される部分が浮いた状態で行う、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスピニング成形方法。
