Claims (9)
- 有機性可燃物の焼却時に発生する排ガスに、水又は海水を接触させて、排ガス中の有害物を水又は海水に溶解させて除去し、
それによって得られる有害物含有排水を栄養源として、油脂を生成蓄積する能力を有する従属栄養性藻類を培養することにより、前記有害物含有排水を浄化するとともに、前記従属栄養性藻類に油脂を蓄えさせ、
前記培養によって油脂を蓄えた前記従属栄養性藻類を固液分離して回収することを特徴とする排ガス処理方法。 - 前記固液分離された前記従属栄養性藻類から、更に前記油脂を回収する、請求項1に記載の排ガス処理方法。
- 前記従属栄養性藻類は、オーランチオキトリウム属、パリエチキトリウム属、シゾキトリウム属、スロストキトリウム属から選ばれた1種又は複数種である、請求項1又は2に記載の排ガス処理方法。
- 前記有害物含有排水のpHが4〜8となるようにpH調整して、前記従属栄養性藻類の培養を行う、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理方法。
- 前記有害物含有排水のC/N比が1〜40となるように有機性排水を加えて、前記従属栄養性藻類の培養を行う、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理方法。
- 有機性可燃物の焼却時に発生する排ガスに、水又は海水を接触させて、排ガス中の有害物を水又は海水に溶解させて除去する湿式洗浄装置と、
前記湿式洗浄装置で得られる有害物含有排水を栄養源として、油脂を生成蓄積する能力を有する従属栄養性藻類を培養することにより、前記有害物含有排水を浄化するとともに、前記従属栄養性藻類に油脂を蓄えさせるための排水処理槽と、
前記培養によって油脂を蓄積した従属栄養性藻類を回収する固液分離装置を備えることを特徴とする、排ガス処理装置。 - 前記油脂を蓄積した前記従属栄養性藻類から、更に前記油脂を回収する油脂回収装置を備える、請求項6に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記排水処理槽は、水素イオン濃度計と、該水素イオン濃度計によって求められるpHに応じてpH調整剤を供給するpH調整装置とを備える、請求項6又は7に記載の排ガス処理装置。
- 前記排水処理槽は、C/N比を調整するための有機性排水供給装置を備える、請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の排ガス処理装置。
