Claims (6)
- 井戸内に設置されたケーシングと、
該ケーシングに内蔵されたロータと、
該ロータに配置された羽根車を有するダウンホール圧縮機であって、
前記羽根車の背面部に圧力調整室を設け、
前記羽根車の出口部と前記圧力調整室との間に軸封装置を備え、
前記圧力調整室と前記羽根車の入口部との間に連通手段を備え、
かつ、前記ケーシング内における前記ロータの相対位置を電磁的に制御する電磁制御手段を備え、
前記軸封装置の漏れ量が、前記ロータが軸方向上流側に変位した時に小さくなることを特徴とするダウンホール圧縮機。 - 請求項1のダウンホール圧縮機であって、
前記電磁制御手段としてベアリングレスモータを備えたことを特徴とするダウンホール圧縮機。 - 請求項1のダウンホール圧縮機であって、
前記電磁制御手段は磁気軸受を備えたことを特徴とするダウンホール圧縮機。 - 請求項1のダウンホール圧縮機であって、
前記ロータの軸方向変位を計測する変位計を備え、
該変位計を前記羽根車の背面部に備えたことを特徴とするダウンホール圧縮機。 - 請求項1のダウンホール圧縮機であって、
前記軸封装置は軸方向間隙を有し、該軸方向間隙は前記ロータが軸方向上流側に変位した時に小さくなることを特徴とするダウンホール圧縮機。 - 請求項1から請求項5のいずれかのダウンホール圧縮機であって、
前記電磁制御手段の制御装置を地上に配置したことを特徴とするダウンホール圧縮機。
