Claims (7)
- 有害廃棄物を封止可能な容器内に移送するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
前記有害廃棄物を封止して収容するように構成された容器であって、充填ポートを含む容器と、
充填ノズルと、
を備え、前記充填ノズルは、
遠位端と外面とを有する弁本体であって、前記弁本体は前記遠位端に近接して弁座を備え、前記外面は前記弁本体を封止可能に、また取り外し可能に前記容器の前記充填ポートの内面に結合するように構成された前記遠位端に近接する、弁本体と、
閉鎖構成で前記弁座と封止を形成するように構成された弁当接面を有し、使用時に前記弁本体および前記容器を開放構成で互いに流体的に結合できるように構成された弁頭と、
前記弁頭から軸方向に前記弁本体の少なくとも一部を通って延在する弁茎と、
を備え、
前記弁座およびシールが前記遠位端に近接し、かつ使用時に開放構成で、前記弁頭が前記弁本体から遠位に延在し、前記容器内に入り、
さらに前記外面が、前記遠位端に近接して前記容器の充填ポートの内面に封止係合する第1のシールと、前記第1のシールから離間されて前記容器の充填ポートの内面にさらに封止係合する第2のシールと、を備え、
さらに前記容器は排気ポートを有し、前記システムは前記排気ポートと封止して取り外し可能に結合可能である真空ノズルをさらに備え、前記真空ノズルは充填構成で前記弁本体と封止状態で流体的に連通しているシステム。 - ホッパーと、
前記ホッパーに結合され、初期ホッパー重量を判定するように構成された第1の計量器と、
前記容器に結合されるように且つ容器充填重量を判定するように構成された第2の計量器と、
前記第1の計量器および前記第2の計量器に結合され、前記初期ホッパー重量を前記容器充填重量と比較するように構成されたプロセッサと、
をさらに備える請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記ホッパーは、前記容器の容積に等しい容積を備える請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁頭内に配設されているセンサーをさらに備え、
前記センサーは前記容器内の有害物のレベルを判定するように構成される請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記センサーが、前記弁本体から遠位に延在する請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記弁本体は、
ホッパーに結合されるように構成された第1の枝セクションと、
前記遠位端を備え近位端を有する第2の枝セクションであって、前記近位端は前記弁茎を移動するように構成された駆動機構に結合されている第2の枝セクションと、
を備え、前記弁茎は前記第2の枝セクションの近位端を貫通し、前記近位端は前記弁茎の一部に結合されたシールを備える、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。 - 前記容器の前記充填ポートは、前記弁本体を前記充填ポートから分離した後に封止され閉じられるように構成された請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
