Description
図1は、本実施例の振動溶着を行うための、部品構成の概要を示す。本実施例においては、第一熱可塑性樹脂部品2及び熱可塑性樹脂部品4に、金属製のナット1を埋め込んだ第二熱可塑性樹脂部品3を振動溶着することにより固定する。その際、第一熱可塑性樹脂部品2と第二熱可塑性樹脂部品3の間に多孔質部材5を配置することによって、バリの発生を効果的に抑制しながら、溶着構造体を製造する方法を説明する。
第2の実施形態について、図8及び図9を用いて説明する。図8は、第2の実施形態による溶着構造体の製造方法を示す断面図である。また、図9は第2の実施形態における製造方法により製造した溶着構造体の断面図である。本実施形態は、第1の実施形態(図1〜図2)の変形例であるため、第1の実施形態と同一部分または類似部分には、同一符号を付して、重複する説明を省略する。
第3の実施形態について、図10及び図11を用いて説明する。図10は、第4の実施形態による溶着構造体の製造方法を示す断面図である。また、図11は第4の実施形態における製造方法により製造した溶着構造体の実施形態の断面図である。本実施形態は、第1の実施形態(図1〜図2)の変形例であるため、第1の実施形態と同一部分または類似部分には、同一符号を付して、重複する説明を省略する。
第4の実施形態について、図12を用いて説明する。本実施形態は、第1の実施形態(図1〜図2)の変形例であるため、第1の実施形態と同一部分または類似部分には、同一符号を付して、重複する説明を省略する。ここで、図12は第4の実施形態による溶着構造体を、後述する多孔質部材5dを含む水平面の断面を上面から見た図である。
前述した実施形態の説明は、本発明にかかる溶着構造体製造方法及び溶着構造体を説明するための例示であって、特許請求の範囲に記載の発明を限定するものではない。また、本発明の各部構成は前記した実施形態に限らず、特許請求の範囲に記載の技術的範囲内で種々の変形が可能である。

Claims (7)
- 内部を貫通する空洞を有する中空部品と、前記中空部品の前記空洞の少なくとも一端側にある第一の樹脂部品と、前記中空部品の外周に前記空洞の開口部を塞がないように設けてある第二の樹脂部品と、前記中空部品と前記第一の樹脂部品との間にあって前記一端を塞ぐ多孔質部材とを備えた溶着構造体において、
前記第一の樹脂部品と前記第二の樹脂部品が熱可塑性樹脂であり、前記第一の樹脂部品と前記第二の樹脂部品とを振動溶着してなる溶着構造体。 - 前記多孔質部材は、前記中空部品の前記空洞の貫通方向の一端における端面と、前記第一の樹脂部品または前記第二の樹脂部品あるいはその両方に設けた窪みとが形成する空間内に配置されている請求項1に記載の溶着構造体。
- 前記窪みの深さは、前記多孔質部材の厚さよりも小さい請求項2に記載の溶着構造体。
- 前記多孔質部材は、少なくとも一部に外周から中心方向への切欠きを有する、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の溶着構造体。
- 前記中空部品は、前記第二の樹脂部品と接する外周面の前記空洞の貫通方向の少なくとも一部に突起部を有する、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の溶着構造体。
- 前記中空部品はナットである、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の溶着構造体。
- 内部を貫通する空洞を有する中空部品と、第一の樹脂部品とを用意するステップと、
前記中空部品の外周に前記空洞の開口部を塞がないように第二の樹脂部品を設けるステップと、
前記中空部品と前記第一の樹脂部品との間に多孔質部材を配置するステップと、
前記第一の樹脂部品と前記第二の樹脂部品とを、前記第一の樹脂部品が第二の樹脂部品に設けた前記中空部品の前記空洞の少なくとも一端側にあるように振動溶着するステップと
を有する溶着構造体製造方法。
