図5は、他の実施形態に係る回転電機14´の制御システム10Aが組み込まれた車両12Aの全体ブロック図である。車両12Aは、シリーズハイブリッド車両である。
同様に、発電機14´の疲労度合を監視する必要がある。
以上説明したように、上述した実施形態及び他の実施形態によれば、ロータ22を備える回転電機(電動機14又は発電機4´)が様々な温度環境下で運転された場合、及び様々な運転負荷で駆動された場合であっても、ロータ22(ロータコア28)に発生している疲労度合Dfを精度良く推定することができる。

Claims (4)
- ロータを備える回転電機と、
ロータ回転数を検出する回転数センサと、
前記回転電機の温度を検出する温度センサと、
前記回転電機の前記ロータの回転を制御する制御装置と、を備え、
前記制御装置は、
検出された前記ロータ回転数及び検出された前記回転電機の温度の組合せに応じて求められる重みづけ値によって前記回転電機が運転された運転時間を重みづけして累積するとともに、
累積した前記運転時間に基づいて前記ロータの疲労度合又は前記疲労度合に相関するパラメータを算出し、算出した前記ロータの前記疲労度合又は前記疲労度合に相関するパラメータが所定の閾値を超えた場合に、前記ロータ回転数の制限又は報知を行う
ことを特徴とする回転電機の制御システム。 - 請求項1に記載の回転電機の制御システムにおいて、
前記ロータ回転数及び検出された前記回転電機の温度の組合せに応じて求められる重みづけ値は、高温側よりも低温側でより大きな値をとる
ことを特徴とする回転電機の制御システム。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の回転電機の制御システムにおいて、
前記回転電機の温度はロータコア温度である
ことを特徴とする回転電機の制御システム。 - 請求項3に記載の回転電機の制御システムにおいて、
前記ロータコア温度が、前記回転電機を冷却した液冷媒の温度及び前記回転電機のステータに巻回されたコイルの温度から推定される
ことを特徴とする回転電機の制御システム。
