Description
図1に示すように、車両1は複数の動力源を組み合わせたハイブリッド車両として構成されている。車両1は、内燃機関3と、2つのモータ・ジェネレータ4、5とを走行用動力源として備えている。内燃機関3はレシプロ式の火花点火型内燃機関として構成され、所定の目標空燃比(例えば理論空燃比)で運転される。
次に、図8〜図10を参照しながら本発明の第2の形態を説明する。第2の形態は、その物理的構成及び基本的な制御内容が第1の形態と共通するが、吸気量低減制御の実施期間を決めるためのパラメータとして積算空気量を用いることが第1の形態と相違する。第2の形態の物理的構成については図1及び図2と同じであるので説明を省略する。また、第2の形態の制御において、第1の形態と共通の処理については説明を省略または簡略化する。

Claims (2)
- 吸気通路の開度を調整するスロットル弁と、前記スロットル弁の下流側の前記吸気通路に設けられたサージタンクと、前記サージタンクの下流側に設けられた吸気弁を駆動することにより吸気量を調整可能な可変動弁機構とを備え、所定の目標空燃比にて運転され、かつ間欠停止からの再始動を、前記スロットル弁をシステム上の最低開度を意味する全閉状態として前記サージタンク内の空気を使って実施可能な内燃機関に適用される内燃機関の制御装置において、
間欠停止からの再始動の場合に所定量以上の燃料噴射量が要求され、かつ前回の停止から今回の再始動時までの停止時間である間欠停止時間が所定時間以上である場合は、前記スロットル弁が前記全閉状態で前記可変動弁機構を操作することにより吸気量を低減する吸気量低減制御を開始した後に前記内燃機関を始動し、
前記可変動弁機構は小リフトモードと大リフトモードとを選択可能に構成されており、
前記小リフトモードを選択することによって前記吸気量低減制御を実施し、
前記内燃機関の1サイクルあたりで吸入可能な吸気量に対する1サイクルで実際に吸入される吸気量の比を空気負荷率として定義され、かつ、
間欠停止からの再始動におけるクランキング開始時から、前記スロットル弁が前記全閉状態で前記小リフトモードを選択した場合の前記空気負荷率と前記スロットル弁が前記全閉状態で前記大リフトモードを選択した場合の前記空気負荷率との大小関係が逆転する時間までの期間を超えない範囲内で前記吸気量低減制御を終了する内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記間欠停止時間が長いほど、前記吸気量低減制御が長く実施されるように前記内燃機関を制御する請求項1に記載の制御装置。
