Claims (14)
- 複数の単一導線(4)が導線束(6、10)にまとめられ(VS3)、この導線束(6、10)が集束要素(18)を備え付けられる(VS4、VS5)、ケーブルセット(2)を製造するための方法において、前記集束要素(18)が無秩序な繊維分布を有する織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)として形成され、そのために懸濁液が前記導線束(6、10)に塗布され、この懸濁液内にほどけた繊維(22)と結合剤(20)が含まれ、前記懸濁液が塗布後、前記織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)を形成するために固化され、前記懸濁液と発泡剤からエアゾールが製造され(VS2)、このエアゾールが前記導線束(6、10)に吹き付けられ、それによって前記懸濁液が前記導線束(6、10)に塗布される(VS4)ことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記集束要素(18)が前記懸濁液を複数回塗布すること(VS4)によってあるいはいろいろな懸濁液を塗布すること(VS4)によって製造されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液が溶剤を含み、この溶剤内に前記結合剤が溶けていることと、前記懸濁液の前記溶剤が取り除かれる(VS5)ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記懸濁液の塗布(VS4)が自動化されて行われることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記集束要素(18)がテープ状に形成され、前記導線束(10)をリング状に(18c)またはらせん状に(18b)に取り巻くように、前記懸濁液が塗布される(VS4)ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記集束要素(18a)が前記導線束(6)を一部区間にわたって被覆物(18a)のように取り巻くように、前記懸濁液が塗布される(VS4)ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記集束要素(18a)に分岐部(8)が形成され、この分岐部によって、前記導線束(6)の少なくとも1本の導線(4、10)が残りの前記導線(4、10)から分岐されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 集束要素(18)を有する、複数の単一導線(4)からなる導線束(6、10)を備えている、特に請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって製造されるケーブルセット(2)において、前記集束要素(18)が無秩序な繊維分布を有する織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)として形成され、この繊維絡み合い物が前記導線束(6、10)に接触し、かつ無秩序配置の多数の単一繊維(22)からなり、この繊維の結びつきが結合剤(20)によって強められていることを特徴とするケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記の織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)内の前記繊維(22)の容積割合が60%以上であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記の織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)が弾性であることを特徴とする請求項8または9に記載のケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記の織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)が弾性的な変形によって、伸張の方への伸び率に関して5%以上伸張可能であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記の織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)がコーティングされていないことを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載のケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記の織物状の繊維絡み合い物(18)に加えて、他の集束要素(24)が前記導線束(6、10)の周りに取付けられ、この他の集束要素が特にテープ縛りとして形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載のケーブルセット(2)。
- 前記の他の集束要素(24)が前記の織物状の繊維絡み合い物(6、10)から離隔されておよび/または導線束の曲げ負荷される範囲に取付けられていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のケーブルセット(2)。
