Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る車両用電源装置1(放電制御装置)の全体構成を示す回路図である。
図1に示すように、車両用電源装置1は、イグニッションスイッチ(IG SW)2、モータECU(Engine Control Unit;エンジンコントロールユニット)3、ゲートドライブ回路4、電池6、インバータ7、モータ8、放電回路10、コンタクタCN、および平滑コンデンサC1を備える。また、放電回路10は、急速放電回路5、抵抗R1、およびスイッチSW1を備える。
モータECU3は、イグニッションスイッチ2がオン状態のとき、ゲートドライブ回路4を制御する。モータECU3とゲートドライブ回路4は、GND(グランド、基準電圧)、CAN(Control Area Network)の信号線、IGT(点火信号)の信号線等によって接続される。
モータ8は、例えば3相モータである。モータ8は、回転することで、車両の車輪(不図示)を駆動する。
図2は、本実施形態に係る急速放電回路5および急速放電回路5が備える高圧回路54の構成例のブロック図である。図2(A)は、急速放電回路5の構成例のブロック図であり、図2(B)は、高圧回路54の構成例のブロック図である。
低圧REG51には、ゲートドライブ回路4が供給したPVCC(電源電圧)を所定の電圧に変換し、変換した電源電圧を、絶縁素子53を介して高圧回路54に供給する。
I/F52は、インタフェース回路であり、制御信号(SIG)から高圧回路54へのトリガ信号を抽出し、抽出したトリガ信号を、絶縁素子53を介して高圧回路54に出力する。なお、トリガ信号は、例えば、イグニッションスイッチ2がオフ状態からオン状態になったとき、L(ロー)レベルからH(ハイ)レベルに切り替わり、イグニッションスイッチ2がオン状態からオフ状態になったとき、HレベルからLレベルに切り替わる。
高圧回路54には、低圧REG51から電源電圧が供給される。高圧回路54は、I/F52が出力したトリガ信号に応じて、スイッチSW1を切り替える。
ロジック回路501は、一方の入力端子DにGNDが接続され、他方の入力端子CPにトリガ信号が入力され、リセット端子/RDにリセット回路509が出力するリセット信号が入力される。ロジック回路501は、トリガ信号に応じて出力端子Qから出力信号を遅延回路502に出力する。
遅延回路502は、ロジック回路501が出力した出力信号を遅延させ、遅延させた信号を、バッファ回路であるバッファ503を介してロジック回路504に出力する。
図3は、本実施形態に係る高圧回路54の動作例を示す図である。図3において、横軸は時刻を表し、縦軸は各信号のレベルを表している。
時刻t1のとき、イグニッションスイッチ2がオン(ON)状態からオフ(OFF)状態に切り替わる。そして、時刻t1から時刻t2の期間、イグニッションスイッチ2は、オフ状態が維持される。イグニッションスイッチ2がオン状態からオフ状態に切り替わった結果、トリガ信号がロジック回路501、リセット回路509に入力される。
また、本実施形態では、トリガ信号を微分回路508が微分した信号を用いてロジック回路(ロジック回路501、ロジック回路504)へのイグニッションスイッチ2がオフ状態後にオン状態になったときリセットを行う。この結果、本実施形態によれば、イグニッションスイッチ2がオフ状態後にオン状態になったときリセットをかけることができるので、放電期間中にイグニッションスイッチ2を再度オン状態にしたときに、車両のシステムを素早く起動できる。
Claims (2)
- 高圧電源に接続される電力変換器および平滑コンデンサの電荷を放電するために半導体スイッチと抵抗から構成される放電回路、を備え、
前記放電回路は、フリップフロップ回路を備え、
前記フリップフロップ回路は、イグニッションスイッチがオン状態からオフ状態への変化を検出したとき、前記放電回路を動作させるために前記半導体スイッチを一定期間オンする信号を出力し、当該放電回路が動作している期間中に前記イグニッションスイッチがオフ状態からオン状態への変化を検出したときにリセットされ、前記放電回路を動作させるために前記半導体スイッチを一定期間オン状態する信号の出力を停止する、放電制御装置。 - 前記放電回路は、リセット回路を備え、
前記リセット回路は、前記放電回路が動作している期間中に前記イグニッションスイッチがオフ状態からオン状態への変化を検出したとき、前記フリップフロップ回路にリセット信号を出力する、請求項1に記載の放電制御装置。
