Description
上記熱伝導シートは、上記蓄電セルに積層され、絶縁性を有し、少なくとも一方の主面に凸部と凹部からなる凹凸構造を備え、上記凸部の弾性変形による弾性を有する。
上記蓄電素子を被覆し、電解液と共に封止する外装フィルムとを
具備してもよい。
上記熱伝導シートは、上記第1の蓄電セルと上記第2の蓄電セルの間に積層され、絶縁性を有し、少なくとも一方の主面に凸部と凹部からなる凹凸構造を備え、上記凸部の弾性変形による弾性を有する。
上記第2のプレートは、上記第1のプレートと共に上記第1の蓄電セル、上記第2の蓄電セル及び上記熱伝導シートを挟持し、上記第1の蓄電素子と上記第2の蓄電素子を上記熱伝導シートを介して互いに押圧する。
図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る蓄電モジュール10の斜視図である。図2は、蓄電モジュール10の分解斜視図であり、図3は断面図である。なお、以下の図においてX方向、Y方向及びZ方向は相互に直交する3方向である。
熱伝導シート30の詳細について説明する。図5は熱伝導シート30の斜視図である。また、図6は熱伝導シート30の側面図であり、図7は平面図である。
本実施形態に係る熱伝導シート30は、凸部31が弾性変形することにより、熱伝導シート30に反発力を生じさせることができる。
図21は、変形例に係る蓄電モジュール10を示す断面図である。上記実施形態において、蓄電モジュール10は、第1蓄電セル20と第2蓄電セル21を有するものとしたが、この構成に限定されるものではない。蓄電モジュール10は、図21に示すように、第1蓄電セル20のみを有するものとすることができ、3つ以上蓄電セルを有するものとすることもできる。蓄電セルの数が2つ以上の場合は、複数の蓄電セルの最上面が第1絶縁性シート50に積層され、最下面が第2絶縁性シート51に積層される。

- 蓄電セルと、
前記蓄電セルに積層され、絶縁性を有し、少なくとも一方の主面に凸部と凹部からなる凹凸構造を備え、前記凸部の弾性変形による弾性を有する熱伝導シートと
を具備し、
前記凸部は、前記主面に平行な第1の方向に延伸し、前記主面に平行な方向であって前記第1の方向と直交する第2の方向に前記凹部を介して互いに離間し、前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向に直交する第3の方向から前記第2の方向に傾斜する方向に突出し、突出する方向の前記第3の方向からの傾きが互いに異なる凸部を含む

前記凸部は、前記第3の方向から前記第2の方向に傾斜する方向に突出する第1の凸部と、前記第3の方向から前記第2の方向と反対方向に傾斜する方向に突出する第2の凸部とを含む

前記第1の凸部が突出する方向と前記第2の凸部が突出する方向は、前記第3の方向に対して対称である

前記凸部は、第1の凸部と、前記第1の凸部より前記主面からの高さが低い第2の凸部とを含む
