Description
まず、図1〜図9を参照して、本実施形態に係る薬液調製システム1の全体概略構成の一例について説明する。なお、以下では、薬液調製システム1等の構造の説明の便宜上、「上」「下」「左」「右」「前」「後」等の方向を図1〜図9等の各図に注記する方向に定め、適宜使用する。但し、該方向は、薬液調製システム1等の設置態様によって変動するものであり、各構成の位置関係を限定するものではない。
次に、図9を参照して、コントローラ4によって実行されるロボット2、シリンジ駆動装置3及び撹拌装置8による薬液調製方法の一例について説明する。本実施形態に係る薬液調製方法は、薬品10A及び輸液10Bを混合調製する方法である。

Claims (6)
- 薬品及び輸液を混合調製する薬液調製方法であって、
シリンジによって前記薬品を収容している容器に輸液が注入された後、前記容器がロボットのアームの先端に備えられたハンドによって把持されている状態で前記ロボットが前記容器を振る工程Aと、
前記工程Aの後、前記ロボットが前記容器を撹拌装置内にセットする工程Bと、
前記撹拌装置内に複数の前記容器がセットされた後、前記撹拌装置を動作させる工程Cと、
を有する、薬液調製方法。 - 前記工程Aにおいて、前記アームの手首軸を中心に前記ハンドを上下反転することによって前記容器を振る、請求項1に記載の薬液調製方法。
- 前記薬品の種類に応じて、前記ハンドによって把持されている状態で前記容器を振るべきか否かについて決定する工程を更に有する、請求項1又は2に記載の薬液調製方法。
- 薬品及び輸液を混合調製するように構成されている薬液調製システムであって、
ハンドを先端に備えたアームを有するロボットと、
前記ロボットを制御するように構成されているコントローラと、
を有し、
前記コントローラは、
シリンジによって前記薬品を収容している容器に輸液が注入された後、前記ロボットを制御することによって、前記容器が前記ハンドによって把持されている状態で前記容器を振らせる第1制御部と、
撹拌装置内に、前記ハンドによって把持されている状態で振られた前記容器が複数セットされた後、前記撹拌装置を動作させる第2制御部と、
を有する、薬液調製システム。 - 前記第1制御部は、前記ロボットを制御することによって、前記アームの手首軸を中心に前記ハンドを上下反転することによって前記容器を振らせる、請求項4に記載の薬液調製システム。
- 前記第1制御部は、前記薬品の種類に応じて、前記ハンドによって把持されている状態で前記容器を振るように制御すべきか否かについて決定する、請求項4又は5に記載の薬液調製システム。
