Claims (3)
- ハウジング内を定圧室と変圧室とに画成するパワーピストンと、該パワーピストンに連結されて前記ハウジング内を移動するバルブボディと、該バルブボディ内に配置されブレーキペダルの操作に応じて移動するプランジャと、該プランジャの移動により大気を前記変圧室に導入し前記定圧室と変圧室との間に差圧を発生させる弁手段と、この差圧に従って前記パワーピストンが作動し前記バルブボディと共に移動するときに該バルブボディの推力をリアクション部材を介してマスタシリンダに伝達する出力ロッドと、を有し、
該出力ロッドに作用する反力の一部を先端側が前記リアクション部材に当接する前記プランジャによって前記ブレーキペダルへ伝達し、また、前記バルブボディの前進によって前記弁手段による前記変圧室への大気導入を停止するようにした気圧式倍力装置において、
前記弁手段は、
前記バルブボディに移動可能に取り付けられたポペット弁と、
前記プランジャに形成され前記ポペット弁に離着座することで前記変圧室と大気とを連通,遮断する第1のシート部と、
前記バルブボディに移動可能に案内され前記ポペット弁に離着座することで前記変圧室と前記定圧室とを連通,遮断する第2のシート部と、
該第2のシート部に基端側が当接し、先端側が前記プランジャの先端側に隣接して前記リアクション部材に当接可能に配置された伝達部材と、を有し、
前記伝達部材は、前記リアクション部材に当接する当接面が、前記プランジャにおける前記リアクション部材に当接する端面を取り囲んで配置され、
前記伝達部材は、前記リアクション部材からの反力の一部を前記第2のシート部を介して前記ポペット弁に伝え、該ポペット弁を移動させて前記第1のシート部とポペット弁とを離座させ、前記変圧室を大気に連通させることを特徴とする気圧式倍力装置。 - 前記伝達部材は、前記プランジャの径方向外側に位置して前記バルブボディ内を前記第2のシート部に当接する位置まで軸方向に延びた1個または複数個のロッド部と、前記リアクション部材に面接触状態で当接する筒状体として形成され、前記第2のシート部とは軸方向の反対側となる位置で前記ロッド部に連結された筒状部とにより構成してなる請求項1に記載の気圧式倍力装置。
- 前記バルブボディは、前記リアクション部材に当接する当接面の内周側に前記プランジャと前記伝達部材とが配置される孔が形成されている請求項1または2に記載の気圧式倍力装置。
