Claims (36)

前記破壊可能な積層体を前記部分に分離することは、前記第2のウェブの前記第1の複数のセクションのうちの少なくとも1つの第1のセクションと前記第2のウェブの前記第2の複数のセクションのうちの少なくとも1つの第2のセクションとを互いに引き裂く前に、前記第2のウェブを前記少なくとも1つの第1のセクションと前記少なくとも1つの第2のセクションとの間で型抜きすることなく、前記少なくとも1つの第1のセクションと、前記少なくとも1つの第2のセクションとを互いに引き裂くことを含む、積層方法。 - 前記破壊可能な積層体を前記部分に分離することは、前記第2のウェブの前記第1の複数のセクションと前記第2のウェブの前記第2の複数のセクションとを互いに引き裂く前に、前記第2のウェブを前記第1の複数のセクションと前記第2の複数のセクションとの間で型抜きすることなく、前記第1の複数のセクションと前記第2の複数のセクションとを互いに引き裂くことを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記破壊可能な積層体を形成することは、前記第2のウェブの前記第1の複数のセクションと前記第3のウェブとの間の少なくともいくらかの接合を阻害することを更に含む、請求項21に記載の方法。
- 前記第2のウェブの前記第1の複数のセクションと前記第3のウェブとの間の少なくともいくらかの接合を阻害することは、前記第2のウェブの前記第1の複数のセクションと前記第3のウェブとの間に剥離材料を塗布することを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 積層体であって、該積層体は、
マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料の複数のセクションと、
前記セクションを支持する少なくとも1つの基材と、
接着材料であって、該接着材料が前記基材と前記セクションとの間に位置するように、前記セクションを前記基材に接続する接着材料と、
を含み、
前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料の複数のセクションに属するセクションは、該セクション間のそれぞれに隙間が存在するように互いに少なくとも部分的に離間しており、
前記接着材料の片面は、前記接着材料の複数の凸部及び前記接着材料の複数の凹面の双方を画定し、
前記複数の凹面に属する凹面は、前記複数の凸部に属する凸部間にそれぞれ配置され、
前記接着材料の前記凸部は、それぞれ前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料のセクションと向かい合わせの対面接触状態にあり、
前記基材は紙を含む、積層体。 - 前記隙間のうちの或る隙間は、前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料における孔である、請求項25に記載の積層体。
- 前記接着材料の前記凹面は、前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料のセクション間の前記隙間とそれぞれ重なり合う、請求項25に記載の積層体。
- 前記積層体はバリア層を更に含み、前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料のセクションと、前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料のセクション間の前記隙間と、前記接着材料とは、前記バリア層と前記基材との間に位置する、請求項25に記載の積層体。
- 前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料のセクションは、マイクロ波エネルギーの食品に対する効果に影響を与えるパターン状に配置されている、請求項25に記載の積層体。
- 前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料は、マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料の層である、請求項25に記載の積層体。
- 前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料は金属である、請求項25に記載の積層体。
- 前記マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用活性材料は箔を含む、請求項25に記載の積層体。
- 前記接着材料は、第1の接着材料層であり、
前記第1の接着材料層の前記凸部は、該第1の接着材料層の該凸部間のそれぞれに隙間が存在するように、互いに少なくとも部分的に離間しており、
前記積層体は、第2の接着材料層を更に含み、
前記第2の接着材料層の片面は、前記第2の接着材料層の複数の凸部及び前記第2の接着材料層の複数の凹面の双方を画定し、
前記第2の接着材料層の前記複数の凹面に属する凹面は、前記第2の接着材料層の前記複数の凸部に属する凸部間にそれぞれ配置され、
前記第2の接着材料層の前記凸部は、前記第1の接着材料層の前記凸部間の前記隙間内にそれぞれ延びる、請求項25に記載の積層体。 - 前記第2の接着材料層の前記凸部は、それぞれ前記第1の接着材料層の凹面と向かい合わせの対面接触状態にある、請求項33に記載の積層体。
- マイクロ波エネルギー相互作用材料のパターンを含む積層体を形成するシステムであって、該システムは、
最初の積層体を形成する第1の積層ステーションと、
第1のウェブ、第2のウェブ、及び第3のウェブを含む破壊可能な積層体を形成する、前記第1の積層ステーションの下流に配置されている第2の積層ステーションと、
前記第1の積層ステーションと前記第2の積層ステーションとの間に配置されている、前記第2のウェブと前記第3のウェブとの間に所定のパターンで剥離材料を塗布する少なくとも1つのアプリケーターと、
第1の積層体が、前記第1のウェブと前記第2のウェブの第1の複数のセクションとを含み、第2の積層体が、前記第3のウェブと前記第2のウェブの第2の複数のセクションとを含むように、該第1の積層体を含む部分と該第2の積層体を含む部分とに前記破壊可能な積層体を分離する、前記第2の積層ステーションの下流に配置されている離層ステーションと、
を備え、
前記第1の積層ステーションは、前記最初の積層体が前記第1のウェブ及び前記第2のウェブを含むように構成されており、前記第2の積層ステーションは、前記第2のウェブが、前記破壊可能な積層体において前記第1のウェブと前記第3のウェブとの間に配置されるように構成されている、システム。 - 前記第1の複数のセクションが前記第1のウェブと第4のウェブとの間に配置されるように、該第4のウェブを前記第2の積層体に積層する、前記離層ステーションの下流に配置されている第3の積層ステーションを更に備える、請求項35に記載のシステム。
