Description
まず、本発明の一実施形態に係るリチウムイオン二次電池の概要について、背景技術を踏まえて説明を行う。
以下では、図1を参照して、上述した本発明の一実施形態に係る導電組成物を用いたリチウムイオン二次電池10の具体的な構成について説明を行う。図1は、本発明の一実施形態に係る導電組成物を用いたリチウムイオン二次電池10の構成を説明する説明図である。
次に、本発明の一実施形態に係るリチウムイオン二次電池10の作製方法について説明する。なお、本発明の一実施形態に係るリチウムイオン二次電池10は、上述した導電組成物、正極活物質、第2のバインダを用いた他は、従来のリチウムイオン二次電池と同様の作製方法を用いて作製することができる。なお、本発明の一実施形態に係るリチウムイオン二次電池10の作製方法は概略的には以下のとおりである。
以下の方法で実施例1に係る導電組成物の作製を行った。
さらに、上記で作製した実施例1〜17、比較例3〜10に係る導電組成物を用いて、以下の方法でリチウムイオン二次電池を作製した。また、比較例1、2、11、および12に係るリチウムイオン二次電池は、導電組成物に替えて表1に後述する炭素材を用いた以外は、同様に以下の方法でリチウムイオン二次電池を作製した。
以上で説明した方法によって作製された実施例1〜17、比較例1〜12に係るリチウムイオン二次電池の放電容量およびサイクル(cycle)特性を測定した。具体的には、以下の充放電レート(rate)、カットオフ(cut off)電圧にて電池特性の評価を行った。

Claims (7)
- カーボンブラックまたはグラフェンの少なくともいずれか一方とカーボンナノチューブとを複合化した複合化カーボンと、前記複合化カーボンを分散可能な第1のバインダと、溶剤とからなる導電組成物であって、
前記カーボンナノチューブの平均直径は、10nm以上50nm以下であり、前記カーボンナノチューブは、前記複合化カーボンの総質量に対して、5質量%以上40質量%以下で複合化され、
前記カーボンブラックの比表面積は、150m2/g以上500m2/g以下であり、かつ、DBP吸収量は、150ml/100g以上300ml/100g以下であり、
前記複合化カーボンは、前記導電組成物の総質量に対して、5質量%以上20質量%以下で前記溶剤に分散され、
前記第1のバインダは、前記導電組成物の固形分の総質量に対して、0.5質量%以上2.0質量%以下で前記溶剤に分散される、導電組成物。 - 前記グラフェンの比表面積は、400m2/g以上800m2/g以下である、請求項1に記載の導電組成物。
- 前記カーボンナノチューブは、前記複合化カーボンの総質量に対して、20質量%以上30質量%以下で複合化される、請求項1または2に記載の導電組成物。
- 前記複合化カーボンは、前記導電組成物の総質量に対して、10質量%以上15質量%以下で前記溶剤に分散される、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の導電組成物。
- 前記第1のバインダは、ニトリル基を有する重合単位、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル基を有する重合単位、および共役ジエン由来の重合単位のうちから選択された少なくとも一つ以上の重合単位を有する共重合体である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の導電組成物。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の導電組成物と、正極活物質と、第2のバインダと、を含む正極。
- 請求項6に記載の正極を含む、リチウムイオン二次電池。
