図1は、蓄電素子の容器の壁部の一部を省略して電池の内部を模式的に示す斜視図である。
図6は、本発明の実施の形態2に係る蓄電素子20の図3(a)のA2の部分の部分拡大図である。実施の形態2に係る蓄電素子20は、実施の形態1の蓄電素子10とは、セパレータ124、125と絶縁シート127との溶着固定の位置が異なっており、その他の構成は図示しないが実施の形態1の蓄電素子10と同じであるため説明を省略する。
上記実施の形態1および2では、電極体120を構成するセパレータとして2枚のセパレータ124、125を利用しているが、セパレータは2枚にかぎらずに1枚であってもよい。なお、この場合の1枚のセパレータは、2枚のセパレータ124、125の長手方向の辺の一方の側において連続するような形態となる。つまり、1枚のセパレータが二つ折りに折り畳まれて、正極板122または負極板123の一方をその間に挟みこむような形態となる。

Claims (8)
- 正極および負極と、前記正極および前記負極の間に配置され、両面の熱溶着性が異なるセパレータとが積層された状態で捲回されて成る捲回体と、
前記捲回体の最外周にさらに捲回される絶縁シートと、
を備え、
前記セパレータは、熱溶着性の高い方の第一面において前記絶縁シートに溶着固定される
蓄電素子。 - 前記セパレータは、2枚から成り、
2枚の前記セパレータは、前記第一面同士が互いに溶着固定され、前記セパレータの内の一方の前記第一面が前記絶縁シートに溶着固定される
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記セパレータは、前記絶縁シートの端部を挟み込んだ状態で、前記第一面が前記絶縁シートに溶着固定される
請求項1に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記絶縁シートは、前記捲回体の外周面に少なくとも一周分捲回されて、当該絶縁シートが互いに重なる領域において溶着固定される
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記絶縁シートは、前記第一面よりも熱溶着性の高い素材から成る
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記セパレータは、2枚から成り、
2枚の前記セパレータは、前記絶縁シートが前記捲回体に捲回される工程の前に、互いに溶着固定される
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 前記セパレータは、基材層と無機粒子を含む耐熱層とを有し、
前記基材層は、前記第一面を形成し、
前記耐熱層は、第二面を形成する
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電素子。 - 正極板および負極板と、両面において熱溶着性が異なるセパレータとを交互に積層した状態で捲回する捲回ステップと、
請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の前記溶着固定を行う溶着固定ステップと
を備える捲回方法。
