Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle seat including a seat frame, a seat pad, and a support member (a member that is assembled to the seat frame and supports the seat pad).

As this type of vehicle seat, a vehicle seat including a seat cushion and a seat back is known (see Patent Document 1). In this vehicle seat, a seat cushion supports a seat frame (typically made of metal) that forms a seat skeleton, a seat pad (made of foamed resin) that elastically supports an occupant by forming a seat outer shape, and a seat pad. And a supporting member. The seat frame is a substantially rectangular (upward view) frame, and includes a front frame (flat plate shape) that forms a front skeleton, a rear frame (pipe shape) that forms a rear skeleton, and a pair of side frames that connect them. It has a side frame (flat plate shape). The support member has a frame-like body that can be assembled to the seat frame and a planar body that is stretched in the frame-like body. The frame-like body is a substantially rectangular frame (typically made of metal) that follows the shape of the seat frame, and a resin-made covering portion is formed around the frame. The planar body is a planar material formed by weaving and knitting natural fiber or synthetic fiber thread material, and its end (the end in the sheet width direction) is integrally attached to the covering of the frame-shaped body. .

In the known technology, the seat pad is covered with the seat cover while being disposed on the seat frame via the support member. At this time, the rear side of the frame-shaped body is assembled to the rear frame while the front side of the frame-shaped body is assembled to the front frame. Thus, the frame body is assembled to the front frame and the rear frame and disposed in the seat frame, and the seat pad is supported by the planar body held by the frame body.

And in this kind of sheet composition, other members, such as a wire harness, may be arranged in a sheet. Therefore, in the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1, a clip capable of holding another member is attached to the end side of the planar body, and the inside of the sheet is more than the covering portion (configuration for attaching the planar body to the frame body). Place on the side. In this way, by attaching the clip to the planar body separately from the covering portion, at least a part of the wire harness can be held (arranged) on the planar body.

By the way, in a well-known technique, a clip is attached to a planar body separately from a coating | coated part (a coating | coated part and a clip are comprised by another member). For this reason, the configuration of the known technology has not been a configuration that can be easily adopted from the viewpoint of reducing the number of parts of the sheet. The present invention has been devised in view of the above points, and a problem to be solved by the present invention is to dispose other members on a planar body while suppressing an increase in the number of parts of the sheet.

As means for solving the above-mentioned problems, a vehicle seat of the first invention includes a frame-like seat frame forming a seat skeleton, a seat pad that forms a seat outer shape and can elastically support an occupant, and a seat pad. A support member that can be supported; and another member disposed in the seat. The support member includes a planar body that can support the seat pad and a frame body that holds the planar body. In the present invention, the planar body is attached to the frame body and arranged so as to face the seat pad. At this time, the planar body is folded on the frame body side and wound around the frame body, and the folded end portion side of the planar body is fixed to the planar body itself via a fixing member. In this state, the frame body is disposed in the seat frame, and the sheet pad is supported from the back surface side by the planar body held by the frame body. At least a part of the other member is disposed on the planar body. In this type of configuration, it is desirable that the other member can be disposed on the planar body while suppressing an increase in the number of parts of the sheet. Therefore, in the present invention, the fixing member can be caulked in a state in which the fixing member is inserted into the insertion hole provided through the folded end of the planar body and the planar body itself, In a state where the holding portion capable of holding the member and the main body portion is crimped to the insertion hole, at least a part of the other member is held by the holding portion integrated with the main body portion. It was set as the structure arrange | positioned in a shape. In the present invention, the fixing member (the member that fixes the planar body to the frame-like body) can also be used as a member for holding other members.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the other member can be disposed on the planar body while suppressing an increase in the number of parts of the sheet.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Also, in each figure, a reference symbol F is attached to the front of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol B is attached to the rear of the vehicle seat, a reference symbol UP is provided above the vehicle seat, and a reference symbol DW is provided below the vehicle seat. The vehicle seat 2 in FIG. 1 includes a seat component (seat cushion 4, seat back 6, headrest 8) and a slide rail 9. Each of the seat constituent members includes a seat frame (4F, 6F, 8F) forming a seat skeleton, a seat pad (4P, 6P, 8P) forming a seat outer shape, and a seat cover (4S, 6S, 8S) covering the seat pad. ). In the present embodiment, the seat back 6 is connected to the rear portion of the seat cushion 4 so that the seat back 6 can be raised and lowered, and the headrest 8 is disposed on the upper portion of the seat back 6 (standing state).

The slide rail 9 is a member that slides the seat constituent member forward and backward, and has an upper rail 9a and a lower rail 9b (see FIG. 1). In this embodiment, the seat frame 4F is attached to the upper portion of the upper rail 9a, and the lower rail 9b is attached to the vehicle floor. And by assembling both rails slidably, the seat component can be slid in the vehicle front-rear direction with respect to the vehicle floor.

[Seat cushion]
The seat cushion 4 has a basic configuration (4F, 4P, 4S), a support member 20 (plane-like body 22, frame-like body 24, fixing member 26), and a cord-like wire harness W (an example of another member). (See FIG. 2 and FIG. 3, details of each member will be described later). In this embodiment, the seat pad 4P is disposed on the seat frame 4F via the support member 20, and then covered with the seat cover 4S. At this time, as will be described later, the frame body 24 is assembled in the seat frame 4F, and the sheet pad 4P (rear surface side) is supported by the planar body 22 held by the frame body 24.

Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the wiring harness (other member) is routed in the seat cushion 4, and the electrical components (not shown) in the seat and the power source in the seat (or outside the seat) are electrically connected ( (See FIG. 2). At this time, in consideration of the internal space of the seat cushion 4 and the arrangement position of another member (member different from other members), at least a part of the wire harness W is disposed on the support member 20 (planar body 22). In this type of configuration, it is desirable that at least a part of the wire harness W can be disposed on the planar body 22 (suitable place) while suppressing an increase in the number of parts of the sheet. Therefore, in this embodiment, the wire harness W (part) is arranged on the planar body 22 while suppressing an increase in the number of parts of the sheet with the configuration described later. Hereinafter, each configuration will be described in detail.

[Basic configuration]
Here, the seat cover 4S is a bag-like member capable of covering the seat pad 4P, and can be formed of, for example, fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, non-woven fabric) or leather (natural leather, synthetic leather) (see FIG. 2). The seat pad 4P is a member that elastically supports an occupant (a substantially rectangular member that can be disposed on a seat frame 4F described later), such as polyurethane foam (density: 10 kg / m 3 to 60 kg / m 3 ). The resin member can be used.

The seat frame 4F is a substantially rectangular frame (upward view), and includes a front frame 4a, a pair of side frames 4b, and a rear frame 4c (see FIG. 2). The planar body 22 of this embodiment has a substantially rectangular shape when viewed from above, and is stretched in a frame-like body 24 described later and disposed in the seat frame 4F (between the front frame 4a and the rear frame 4c). . Further, the width dimension of the planar body 22 (the dimension in the sheet width direction) is set slightly longer than the width dimension of the frame-like body 24 described later. Here, the material of the planar body 22 is not particularly limited, but a fabric (woven fabric, knitted fabric, nonwoven fabric) made of natural fibers or synthetic fibers, leather (natural leather, synthetic leather), or net body (fibers are woven in a mesh shape). Member).

The frame-like body 24 is a member that holds the planar body 22, and can be assembled to the seat frame 4F (see FIGS. 2 and 3). The frame-like body 24 of the present embodiment is formed of a substantially rectangular wire material (bar material) when viewed from above, and each part described later (a front frame part 24a, a pair of side frame parts 24b, a rear frame part 24c, It has a latching part 24d). The length of the frame-like body 24 (the dimension in the front-rear direction of the seat) is set to a dimension that allows bridging between the front frame 4a and the rear frame 4c (slightly longer than the planar body 22). Further, the width dimension (dimension in the seat width direction) of the frame-like body 24 is set slightly smaller than the seat frame 4F (can be arranged in the seat frame). Here, examples of the material of the frame-like body 24 include materials having excellent rigidity capable of holding the planar body 22 (hard resin, metal, etc.). In this embodiment, a metal frame-like body 24 can be used. .

And the front frame part 24a is a site | part which makes one side of the frame-shaped body 24 front, arrange | positions ahead of a sheet | seat, and is extended in the sheet | seat width direction (refer FIG. 2). And the holding | maintenance part 44 is a substantially U-shaped (cross-sectional view) site | part connected to the edge part of the base 42a, and the free end side can curve in the direction which mutually approaches, and can hold | maintain (fitting) the wire harness W.

[Formation of support member]
In this embodiment, the front portion and the rear portion of the planar body 22 are attached while being stretched in the plane direction (while being tensioned) while traversing the frame body 24 in the sheet width direction (see FIG. 2). At this time, the front side of the planar body 22 is disposed on the frame body 24 (front side), and both end portions (end portions in the sheet width direction) of the planar body 22 are lowered on the side frame portion 24b side. Wrap it around and wrap it around it (make it a bag). Then, the folded both ends are stitched to the back side of the planar body 22 (forms a stitch line SEW). Thus, in the present embodiment, the front side of the planar body 22 can be attached (strung) to the inside of the frame body 24 (between the pair of side frame portions 24b) with tension.

Similarly, the rear side of the planar body 22 is disposed on the frame-like body 24 (rear side), and both end portions of the planar body 22 are folded downward on the side frame portion 24b side and wound around it ( (See FIGS. 2 and 3). Then, the folded end portions are fixed to the planar body 22 itself via a pair of fixing members 26 (main body portion 30). At this time, in this embodiment, a pair of insertion holes H (through-holes penetrating these in the thickness direction) are formed in each end portion that is folded inward and the planar body portion facing the end portion, and the seat longitudinal direction Placed in parallel. Therefore, the body portion 34 is inserted into each insertion hole H while the head 32 is assigned to each insertion hole H (seat side). In this state, by crushing the end portion side of the body portion 34 (caulking the main body portion 30 to the planar body 22), each folded end portion can be attached to the back surface side of the planar body 22 (planar shape). The folded end of the body can be fixed to the planar body itself). Thus, in this embodiment, the planar body 22 (rear side) is attached to the inside of the frame body 24 (between the pair of side frame portions 24b) via the main body 30 of each fixing member 26. Can do.

[Seat cushion formation work (support member assembly work)]
With reference to FIG. 2, the seat pad 4 </ b> P is covered with the seat cover 4 </ b> S while being disposed on the seat frame 4 </ b> F via the support member 20. At this time, in this embodiment, when the support member 20 is attached to the seat frame 4F, the front portion (front frame portion 24a) of the frame-like body 24 is assembled to the front frame 4a by engaging with the plurality of claw portions 4d. be able to. Further, the rear side (the latching portion 24d) of the support member 20 is latched and assembled to the rear frame 4c from above. Thus, the seat pad 4P can be arranged to be supported while the support member 20 is arranged on the seat frame 4F.

In this embodiment, an electrical component (not shown) and a power source (not shown) are electrically connected while the wire harness W is routed in the seat cushion 4 in the longitudinal direction of the seat. In this type of configuration, it is desirable that at least a part of the wire harness W can be disposed on the planar body 22 (suitable place) while suppressing an increase in the number of parts of the sheet. Therefore, in this embodiment, the wire harness W (other member) is attached to the planar body 22 (surface material extending in the front-rear direction of the seat) via a pair of fixing members 26 and disposed in the seat. That is, in this embodiment, the holding portion 44 (engagement portion 42) is inserted into the main body portion 30 (engagement hole 36) and attached (while the fixing member 26 is formed), and the holding portion 44 Hold the harness W. In this way, at least a part of the wire harness W is disposed on the side portion (appropriate place) of the planar body 22 via the pair of fixing members 26, and is routed in the front-rear direction of the seat.

As described above, in this embodiment, the fixing member 26 (the member that fixes the planar body 22 to the frame-like body 24) can also be used as a holding member for the wire harness W. Further, in this embodiment, the wire harness W can be held without adversely affecting the seating property of the seat by attaching the fixing member 26 to the back surface side of the planar body 22. For this reason, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to dispose other members on the planar body 22 while suppressing an increase in the number of parts of the sheet.

[Modification 1]
Here, the mounting position of the fixing member 26 can be appropriately changed according to the seat configuration and the like. For example, in the support member 20A of Modification 1, the width dimension (the dimension in the sheet width direction) of the planar body 22A is set to be equal to or greater than the separation dimension of the both side frame portions 24b (see FIG. 4). In this modification, the planar body 22A is formed in a ring shape (as a bag) when viewed in the sheet width direction, and the ends of the planar body 22A can be fixed by the fixing member 26. At this time, the planar body 22A (bag shape) is put on the frame-shaped body 24 in a tensioned state. Then, both end portions (overlapping portions) of the planar body 22A are extended downward from the substantially central portion of the frame-like body 24 (back surface side) viewed in the sheet width direction.

And the insertion hole H (through-hole which penetrates these in the thickness direction) is formed in the both ends (overlapping part) of 22 A of planar bodies, and the main-body part 30 of the fixing member 26 is inserted. Thus, by closing both ends of the planar body 22A via the main body 30 (fixing the folded end of the planar body to the planar body itself), the bag-shaped planar body 22A is framed. It can be attached to the body 24. The holding portion 44 (engagement portion 42) is inserted and attached to the main body portion 30 (engagement hole 36), and a wire harness (not shown) is held by the holding portion 44. The holding portion 44 of the present modification has a substantially rectangular flat plate shape, and can hold the wire harness via a belt material (not shown), for example. By doing so, in the present modification, the wire harness can be routed on the back surface side of the planar body 22A (location that does not adversely affect the seating property of the seat).

[Modification 2]
Also in the support member 20B of Modification 2, the width dimension (dimension in the sheet width direction) of the planar body 22B is set to be equal to or more than twice the separation dimension of the both side frame portions 24b (see FIG. 5). Then, the planar body 22B is formed into a ring shape (as a bag) when viewed in the sheet width direction, and the ends of the planar body 22B can be fixed by the fixing member 26. In this modification, one end portion of the planar body 22B and the other end portion of the planar body 22B are overlapped with each other in the thickness direction, and are arranged substantially parallel to the planar body portion forming the seating side. And the insertion hole H (Through hole which penetrates these in the thickness direction) is formed in the both ends (overlapping part) of the planar body 22B, and the main-body part 30 of the fixing member 26 is inserted. The holding portion 44 (engagement portion 42) is inserted and attached to the main body portion 30 (engagement hole 36), and a wire harness (not shown) is held by the holding portion 44. Also in this modified example, the wire harness can be routed on the back surface side of the planar body 22B (location that does not adversely affect the seating property of the seat).

第一本体部30a(実施例1の本体部30と略同一構成)は、第一頭部32aと、第一胴体部34a(比較的径大)と、第一係合孔36a(貫通孔)を有する。また第二本体部30b(実施例1の本体部30と略同一構成)も、第二頭部32bと、第二胴体部34b(径小とされて第一係合孔に挿入可能な胴体部)と、第二係合孔36b(貫通孔)を有する。
[Example 1]
Here, the configuration (shape, dimensions, etc.) of the fixing member can take various configurations in addition to the above-described configuration. For example, the fixing member 26A according to another example 1 includes a main body (first main body 30a and second main body 30b) and a clip (not shown) (see FIG. 6). The first main body portion 30a (substantially the same configuration as the main body portion 30 of the first embodiment) includes a first head portion 32a, a first body portion 34a (relatively large diameter), and a first engagement hole 36a (through hole). Have Further, the second main body portion 30b (substantially the same configuration as the main body portion 30 of the first embodiment) also includes a second head portion 32b and a second body portion 34b (a body portion having a small diameter that can be inserted into the first engagement hole). And a second engagement hole 36b (through hole). And in this another example, while arrange | positioning the 1st main-body part 30a in the seating surface side of the planar body 22 (insertion hole H), the 2nd main-body part 30b is provided in the back surface side of the planar body 22 (insertion hole H). In this state, the second body part 34b is inserted into the first engagement hole 36a, and the first body part 30a and the second body part 30b are assembled with the planar body 22 interposed therebetween, whereby the folded end part. Can be attached to the back side of the planar body 22. And a clip part can be inserted in the 1st engagement hole 36a and the 2nd engagement hole 36b, and can be attached to a main-body part (30a, 30b).

[Example 2]
Further, the fixing member 26B of the second example includes a first main body portion 30c, a second main body portion 30d, and a clip portion (not shown) (see FIG. 7). The first body portion 30c has a first head portion 32c, a first body portion 34c (relatively large diameter), and a first engagement hole 36c (through hole). And in this another example, the 1st head part 32c is an elongate (substantially rectangular flat plate material) front and back, and a pair of 1st trunk parts 34c (1st engagement hole 36c) It is formed with an appropriate interval when viewed in the front-rear direction of the sheet. The second body portion 30d also has a second head portion 32d shaped like the first head portion 32c and a pair of second body portions 34d (a body portion that has a small diameter and can be inserted into the first engagement hole). And a second engagement hole 36d (through hole). And also in this another example, while arrange | positioning the 1st main-body part 30c in the seating surface side of the planar body 22 (insertion hole H), a 2nd main-body part is provided in the back surface side of the planar body 22 (insertion hole H). 30d is arranged. In this state, each second body part 34d is inserted into each first engagement hole 36c, and the first body part 30c and the second body part 30d are assembled by sandwiching the planar body 22 therebetween. The end can be attached to the back side of the planar body 22. In this example, a pair (plurality) of clip portions can be held by the main body portions 30c and 30d.

[Example 3]
In addition, the fixing member 26C according to another example 3 includes a first main body 30e, a second main body 30f, and a clip (not shown) (see FIG. 8). The first main body portion 30e has substantially the same configuration as that of the second example, and the first body portion 34e can be crushed and deformed outward in the cylindrical direction by pressing from the first head portion 32e. The second main body portion 30f is a flat plate-like member that is long in the front and rear direction of the seat, and has a second engagement hole 36f into which the first body portion 34e can be inserted. And also in this another example, while arrange | positioning the 1st main-body part 30e in the seating surface side of the planar body 22 (insertion hole H), a 2nd main-body part is provided in the back surface side of the planar body 22 (insertion hole H). 30f is arranged. In this state, the first body portion 34e is inserted into the second engagement hole 36f through the insertion hole H while the first head portion 32e is applied to the seating side of the planar body 22. Then, the end portion of the first body portion 34e is crushed and engaged with the peripheral edge of the second engagement hole 36f (caulking), whereby the folded end portion can be attached to the back surface side of the planar body 22. .

The vehicle seat of the present embodiment is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various other embodiments can be taken.
