Claims (4)
- 内燃機関の排気通路内に配置された排気浄化触媒よりも排気上流側に添加剤を噴射する噴射弁の噴射制御装置であって、
前記噴射弁の添加剤噴射が過剰噴射になるか否かを判定する過剰噴射判定手段と、
前記噴射弁が弁開固着状態にあるか否かを判定する開固着判定手段と、
前記過剰噴射判定手段が前記噴射弁を過剰噴射になると判定し、且つ前記開固着判定手段が前記噴射弁を弁開固着状態にないと判定した場合に、前記噴射弁に所定の噴射間隔の第1間欠噴射を指示し、前記過剰噴射判定手段が前記噴射弁を過剰噴射になると判定し、且つ前記開固着判定手段が前記噴射弁を弁開固着状態にあると判定した場合に、前記噴射弁に前記第1間欠噴射よりも噴射間隔が長い第2間欠噴射を指示する噴射指示手段と、を備える
ことを特徴とする噴射制御装置。 - 前記噴射指示手段は、
前記噴射弁に前記第1間欠噴射を実行させた後、前記過剰噴射判定手段が前記噴射弁を過剰噴射にならないと判定した場合又は、前記噴射弁に前記第2間欠噴射を実行させた後、前記開固着判定手段が前記噴射弁を弁開固着状態にないと判定し、且つ前記過剰噴射判定手段が前記噴射弁を過剰噴射にならないと判定した場合に、前記噴射弁に前記内燃機関の運転状態に応じた噴射量を指示する
請求項1に記載の噴射制御装置。 - 前記第1間欠噴射の噴射量は、前記内燃機関が高負荷になるほど多く設定され、前記第2間欠噴射の噴射量は、前記第1間欠噴射の噴射量よりも少なく設定される
請求項1又は2に記載の噴射制御装置。 - 前記噴射弁が添加剤として尿素水を噴射するものであり、
前記排気浄化触媒が尿素水から加水分解されて生成されるアンモニアを還元剤として排気中の窒素化合物を浄化する選択的還元触媒である
請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の噴射制御装置。
