Description
Claims (13)
- 被験者のバイタルサインをモニタするためのデバイスであって、
前記被験者の画像データを遠隔取得するためのイメージングユニットと、
前記イメージングユニット及び/又は前記被験者の動作データを受信するためのインタフェースであって、前記インタフェースは、フィットネスデバイスから前記被験者の前記動作データを受信するように構成される、インタフェースと、
前記画像データから前記被験者のバイタルサインを抽出するための処理ユニットと、
受信した動作データに基づいて前記処理ユニット及び/又は前記イメージングユニットのパラメータを適合させるための制御ユニットとを有し、
前記制御ユニットは、受信した動作データに基づいてバイタルサインのための予想される数値範囲に前記処理ユニット及び/又は前記イメージングユニットのパラメータを適応させるように構成される、デバイス。 - 前記動作データは、動作、動作方向、動作経路、動作振幅、動作周波数、動作強度、被験者が作用しなければならない力の抵抗のうち少なくとも1つのタイプを含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記動作データは、バイタルサインが測定されるべき被験者に関する物理的な及び/又は運動情報を含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理ユニットは、ボディ部分又は一群のボディ部分からバイタルサインを決定するように構成され、前記処理ユニットは、受信した動作データに基づいて前記画像データにおける前記ボディ部分又はボディ部分のグループを見つけ、及び/又は、追跡するように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記イメージングユニットの画像取得速度、露光時間、焦点、ズーム又はアクティブセンシングエリアのうち少なくとも1つを適応させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理ユニットは、バイタルサイン及び/又は前記画像データをフィルタリングするためのフィルタを有し、前記フィルタのパラメータは、前記動作データに依存する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記制御ユニットは、受信した動作データに含まれる周波数及び/又は振幅成分を検出し、前記周波数及び/又は振幅成分に関する前記バイタルサイン及び/又は画像データを修正するために、前記処理ユニットのパラメータを適応させるように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記バイタルサイン及び/又は画像データをフィルタリングするためのフィルタを有し、前記フィルタのパラメータは、前記動作データの導関数に依存する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記処理ユニットは、前記動作データに依存する前記抽出されたバイタルサインの信頼性を示すクオリティレベルを決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記インタフェースは、前記イメージングユニット又は動作検出ユニットから前記イメージングユニットの前記動作データを受信するように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1に記載の被験者のバイタルサインをモニタするためのデバイスと、
前記イメージングユニット及び/又は前記被験者の動作データを、前記バイタルサインをモニタするためのデバイスに供給するための動作検出ユニットとを有する、フィットネスデバイス。 - 被験者のバイタルサインをモニタするための方法であって、
前記被験者の画像データをイメージングユニットから遠隔取得するステップと、
前記イメージングユニット及び/又は前記被験者の動作データを受信するステップであって、前記被験者の前記動作データは、フィットネスデバイスから受信される、ステップと、
処理ユニットを用いて前記画像データから前記被験者のバイタルサインを抽出するステップと、
受信した動作データに基づいて、イメージングユニットのパラメータを適合させ、及び/又は、処理ユニットのパラメータを適合させるステップとを有し、
前記イメージングユニットのパラメータが、受信された前記動作データに基づいてバイタルサインのための予想される数値範囲に適応される、方法。 - コンピュータプログラムがコンピュータ上で実行されたときに、前記コンピュータが請求項12に記載の方法のステップを実行することをもたらすためのプログラムコード手段を有する、コンピュータプログラム。
