Description
また、フィルムの部位のうち、加熱手段に加熱される接触部よりも包装対象物に接触する側の部位は、包装対象物の包装に伴い発生する張力がかかった状態となる。第一押圧手段がフィルムの接触部よりも包装対象物側の部位を台座へ向けて押圧することで、接触部には、包装対象物の包装に係る張力が加わらない。したがって、加熱手段がフィルムの接触部を加熱しても、接触部において溶融した部分は、張力によって引き伸ばされたりすることがない。よって、包装装置はフィルムを確実に被溶着部に溶着できる。
また、加熱手段による溶着部の加熱後、昇降手段が下降するとき、加熱手段は第一押圧手段よりも先に接触部から離れることができる。したがって、包装装置は、接触部の加熱後、フィルムと加熱手段を確実に引き剥がせる。
また、フィルムの部位のうち、加熱手段に加熱される接触部よりも包装対象物に接触する側の部位は、包装対象物の包装に伴い発生する張力がかかった状態となる。第一押圧手段がフィルムの接触部よりも包装対象物側の部位を台座へ向けて押圧することで、接触部には、包装対象物の包装に係る張力が加わらない。したがって、加熱手段がフィルムの接触部を加熱しても、接触部において溶融した部分は、張力によって引き伸ばされたりすることがない。よって、包装装置はフィルムを確実に被溶着部に溶着できる。

Claims (12)
- ホットメルト接着剤を含み、被溶着部に対して溶着可能な溶着部を備えた樹脂製のフィルムと、
紙製の台座に載置された包装対象物の少なくとも一部と前記台座の少なくとも一部とを前記フィルムで覆う被覆手段と、
前記フィルムの前記溶着部を前記台座に接触させた状態で、前記台座との接触部を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記包装対象物が載置された前記台座を搬送方向に搬送する搬送手段と、
前記フィルムの部位のうち、前記接触部よりも前記包装対象物と接触する側の部位を前記台座へ向けて押圧する第一押圧手段と、
昇降可能に構成され、前記搬送手段によって搬送される前記台座が通過する搬送経路の下方に前記第一押圧手段と前記加熱手段とを保持し、且つ、前記加熱手段による加熱時に、前記加熱手段と前記第一押圧手段とを上方へ移動させる昇降手段と
を備え、
前記昇降手段が下降した状態において、前記第一押圧手段の上端は、前記加熱手段の上端よりも上方に位置すること
を特徴とする包装装置。 - 前記溶着部は、表層に有する極性官能基の数が他の部位よりも多いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の包装装置。
- 前記溶着部は、表面に、コロナ処理またはプラズマ処理が施されたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の包装装置。
- 表層に有する極性官能基の数が他の部位よりも多く、被溶着部に対して溶着可能な溶着部を備えたフィルムと、
紙製の台座に載置された包装対象物の少なくとも一部と前記台座の少なくとも一部とを前記フィルムで覆う被覆手段と、
前記フィルムの前記溶着部を前記台座に接触させた状態で、前記台座との接触部を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記包装対象物が載置された前記台座を搬送方向に搬送する搬送手段と、
前記フィルムの部位のうち、前記接触部よりも前記包装対象物と接触する側の部位を前記台座へ向けて押圧する第一押圧手段と、
昇降可能に構成され、前記搬送手段によって搬送される前記台座が通過する搬送経路の下方に前記第一押圧手段と前記加熱手段とを保持し、且つ、前記加熱手段による加熱時に、前記加熱手段と前記第一押圧手段とを上方へ移動させる昇降手段と
を備え、
前記昇降手段が下降した状態において、前記第一押圧手段の上端は、前記加熱手段の上端よりも上方に位置すること
を特徴とする包装装置。 - 前記溶着部は、前記フィルムの表面に、コロナ処理またはプラズマ処理を施して形成されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の包装装置。
- 前記フィルムは積層フィルムであることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の包装装置。
- 前記フィルムが巻回された軸部材と、
前記軸部材の軸心が延びる方向における両側の端部のうち少なくとも一方の端部に設けられたギアと、
前記ギアに噛合する噛合部と、
前記軸部材を着脱可能な装着部と
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の包装装置。 - ホットメルト接着剤を含み、被溶着部に対して溶着可能な溶着部を備えた樹脂製のフィルムが軸部材に巻回されたフィルムロールの前記軸部材を着脱可能な装着部と、
紙製の台座に載置された包装対象物の少なくとも一部と前記台座の少なくとも一部とを前記フィルムロールから引き出される前記フィルムで覆う被覆手段と、
前記フィルムの前記溶着部を前記台座に接触させた状態で、前記台座との接触部を加熱する加熱手段と、
前記包装対象物が載置された前記台座を搬送方向に搬送する搬送手段と、
前記フィルムの部位のうち、前記接触部よりも前記包装対象物と接触する側の部位を前記台座へ向けて押圧する第一押圧手段と、
昇降可能に構成され、前記搬送手段によって搬送される前記台座が通過する搬送経路の下方に前記第一押圧手段と前記加熱手段とを保持し、且つ、前記加熱手段による加熱時に、前記加熱手段と前記第一押圧手段とを上方へ移動させる昇降手段と
を備え、
前記昇降手段が下降した状態において、前記第一押圧手段の上端は、前記加熱手段の上端よりも上方に位置すること
を特徴とする包装装置。 - 前記第一押圧手段は、前記加熱手段とは独立に前記台座へ向けて移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の包装装置。
- 少なくとも前記昇降手段の上昇時に前記搬送経路の上方に配置され、前記台座の上方への移動を規制する規制手段を更に備えたことを特徴する請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の包装装置。
- 少なくとも前記加熱手段による加熱時に前記搬送経路上に配置され、前記フィルムを前記台座へ向けて押圧する第二押圧手段を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の包装装置。
- 前記昇降手段の昇降と、前記加熱手段の加熱を制御する制御手段を更に備え、
前記制御手段は、
前記昇降手段を制御して前記加熱手段と前記第一押圧手段とを上方へ移動させる上昇工程と、
前記加熱手段を制御して、所定の第一時間加熱する加熱工程と、
前記加熱手段による加熱の終了後、所定の第二時間の経過を計時する計時工程と、
前記第二時間の経過後、前記昇降手段を制御して前記加熱手段と前記第一押圧手段とを下方へ移動させる下降工程と
を実行することを特徴とする請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の包装装置。
