Description
本出願は、2011年11月24日出願の米国特許仮出願第61/563,569号による優先権を主張し、その全体が参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。

知覚フィードバックに基づきQA処理を実施するステップ(280)。この処理は、作動状態で主な処理と共にライン上で行っても、処理の後で行っても、又はその両方でもよい。QA処理は、当業者には明らかであるように、均一性、溶接強さ、シームの大きさ、溶接の深さ、及び他のパラメータに関する溶接品質を分析し、数量化することを目的とする超音波、視覚、光学的及び他の測定方法を含むことができる。
特定の実施形態では、システムは、シーム追跡、パイプに埋入された特徴部追従等のオン及び又はオフの使用等、様々な要素及びオプションを備える追跡サブ・システムを備える。

加工物のマーキング(シーム又はシームに平行な線等)は、様々な場所でマーキング手段を選択することによって行うことができる。
追跡機構は、溶接領域から離れて位置決めされるので、シーム領域に良好な環境保護を与えることが可能であり、ガスの分散の効果的な遮蔽を可能にし、ガスの飛散及び放散が防止される。
ゴム/シリコンの覆いを溶接領域上に設ける、
刷毛タイプの覆いを溶接領域に設ける、

マーキングの後、オペレータはマークを手動/視覚的に検討することができる。
本発明のいくつかの実施形態では、回転プラットフォームを使用して、溶接が終了した後に、溶接の完全性を検証するのに使用できるQAレポートを提供する。
溶接点及び/又は縁部からのマークの距離を調節すること、
Bluetooth(登録商標)、WiFi等で溶接/切削システムに直接通信すること、
メモリ要素を使用して、マーキングの代わりに測定すること、
出発点のみをマーキングし、「電子マーキング(例えばメモリ)」を溶接システムに配信すること、
マーキング/測定システムは、2つ以上の位置測定法、例えば1つを方位移動のための測定、もう1つをパイプ軸に沿った距離のための測定に適合されること

a.2つのカートが同じ運動手段を共有することができる、
b.多数のカートは、異なるパイプ区分上で同時に作業することができる、
c.誘導、搬送、安定性等の点で異なる機能を有する多数の異なる溶接カートを提供することができる。全てのカートは、所与の溶接装置と対合するように設計できる。同様に、当業者には明らかであるように、単一の統合連動機構により全ての装置が様々なカートと対合できる多様な溶接装置を提供することができる。そのような手段により、様々な溶接技法を同じモジュール式システムを使用して利用可能にすることができる。
d.様々な処理モジュールは、同じカートを共有でき、用途及び必要性に基づいて互換的に使用でき、例えば、カート上に載置される処理モジュールは、
i.溶接装置、
ii.QA装置、
iii、つや出し装置、

ix.形成装置、
x.めっき加工装置

を備えることができる。
Claims (10)
- 加工物に関する少なくとも1つの可撓性追跡部に沿って、移動するように構成した支持キャリッジであって、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性追跡部は、前記加工物の表面上に直接設置されている、支持キャリッジと、
溶接リグに接続された溶接ヘッドと
を備える自動モジュール式溶接デバイスであって、
前記溶接リグは、前記支持キャリッジに取り外し可能に接続されており、センサが前記加工物状で少なくとも1つの特徴部に関する前記溶接ヘッドの位置を提供し、前記支持キャリッジが前記加工物に関して移動するときに、前記支持キャリッジは、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性追跡部を前記加工物から持ち上げ、かつ
前記少なくとも1つの特徴部は、溶接すべき経路を示し、前記少なくとも1つの特徴部は、溶接すべきシームであり、前記センサは光学センサであって、前記溶接リグの線形アームに接続されかつ前記シームより先にある光学センサであり、前記センサは前記シームを検出しかつ追跡するように適合し、かつ前記センサはモータへ指令を提供してアームを駆動させ前記シームに対し前記溶接リグの位置の調節をし、かつ
前記支持キャリッジは、前記溶接リグと前記少なくとも1つの特徴部との間の相対位置に応じて前記溶接リグを移動する駆動部を備え、溶接くずによって前記少なくとも1つの特徴部を妨げることなく自動シーム追跡が達成される、
自動モジュール式溶接デバイス。 - 前記溶接リグは、溶接品質を評価し、前記評価からの情報に基づいて前記溶接品質に関するフィードバックを提供する、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記溶接リグが非平面加工物の外周の周りの前記少なくとも1つの可撓性追跡部に沿って進行可能になるように構成した取付け手段を更に含む、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの特徴部は、硬質ガイドを備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記駆動部は、前記溶接リグをいくつかの方向に移動するように構成した複数の位置決め手段を備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 加工物に対して前記溶接リグの位置を決定するように構成した位置決定手段を更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 溶接処理を環境の変更条件に適合させる環境検知手段を更に備える、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つの可撓性追跡部のうちの少なくとも一部は、前記支持キャリッジに設けられた一連のローラーまたはギアにより巻き上げられる、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記センサは調節可能機構を介して前記線形アームに接続され、前記調節可能機構は移動スライドに接続され、かつ前記移動スライドは前記線形アームに接続され、前記調節可能機構は前記溶接ヘッドと前記センサとの間の距離を微調節するように構成される、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
