Description
<車両の構成>
図1は、実施の形態1に係る車両全体の構成を概略的に示すブロック図である。図1を参照して、車両1は、エンジン100と、第1モータジェネレータ10(MG1)と、第2モータジェネレータ20(MG2)と、動力分割機構30と、PCU(Power Control Unit)250と、バッテリ150と、ECU(Electronic Control Unit)300と、駆動輪350とを備える。
車両1は、走行モードとしてCDモードおよびCSモードを有する。CDモードは、基本的にはバッテリ150に蓄えられた電力を消費するモードである。CDモードでの走行時には、SOCを維持するためのエンジン始動は行なわれない。しかし、CDモードにおいても、車両要求パワーが所定の始動しきい値を上回ると、エンジン100が始動される。これに対し、CSモードは、SOCを所定の範囲に維持するモードである。CSモードでは、SOCを維持するためにエンジン100が始動される。
車両の加速時に運転者が加速感を得る要因としてエンジン音圧が知られている。エンジン音圧は、エンジンの駆動に伴って発生する音を車室内で測定したときの音圧(単位:dB)であり、運転者が運転中に実際に感じる音の大きさに相当する。加速感に関するドライバビリティを向上させるためには、車速の増加量に応じたエンジン音圧を生じさせることが望ましい。
実施の形態1ではCDモードの場合に回転速度増加制御が禁止される例について説明した。実施の形態2では、CDモードであっても回転速度増加制御の実行が許可されるものの、CDモードにおけるエンジン回転速度Neの引き下げ量をCSモードにおけるエンジン回転速度Neの引き下げ量よりも小さくする構成について説明する。なお、実施の形態2に係る車両の構成は図1に示す車両1の構成と同等であるので、詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
実施の形態2で説明したように、放電電力が放電電力上限値Woutに達していないのであれば、回転速度増加制御の実行が可能である。放電電力上限値Woutは温度依存性およびSOC依存性を有することが知られており、バッテリ温度またはSOCによってはバッテリからの放電がより厳しく制限され得る。実施の形態3では、放電電力上限値Woutの大きさに応じて回転速度増加制御の実行を禁止するか否かが判定される場合について説明する。なお、実施の形態3に係る車両の構成は図1に示す車両1の構成と同等であるため、詳細な説明は繰り返さない。
たとえばエンジンの暖機要求あるいは空調装置の暖房要求などがあった場合には、車両要求パワーが始動しきい値に達していなくてもエンジンが始動され得る。この場合、バッテリからの放電電力は放電電力上限値に近い値となっていないため、CDモードであってもエンジン出力パワーの不足分を補うことが可能である。実施の形態4では、このような車両要求パワーに関連しないエンジン始動要求に応じてエンジンが始動される場合の制御について説明する。なお、実施の形態4に係る車両の構成は図1に示す車両1の構成と同等であるため、詳細な説明は繰り返さない。

前記ハイブリッド車両の車速の増加に伴って前記内燃機関の音圧が増加するように前記内燃機関の回転速度を制御する回転速度増加制御の実行が可能に構成され、
前記内燃機関の回転速度が前記領域内に位置する場合に、前記回転速度増加制御を実行するときの前記内燃機関の回転速度の増加量を、前記回転速度増加制御を実行しないときの前記内燃機関の回転速度の増加量よりも小さく設定し、
前記蓄電装置のSOC(State Of Charge)を消費するCD(Charge Depleting)モードにおいて前記内燃機関の回転速度が前記領域内に位置する場合には、前記SOCを所定の範囲に維持するCS(Charge Sustaining)モードにおいて前記内燃機関が駆動されている場合に比べて、前記回転速度増加制御の実行を制限する、ハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記CSモード時には前記回転速度増加制御の実行を許可する一方で、前記CDモード時に前記内燃機関の回転速度が前記領域内に位置する場合には前記回転速度増加制御の実行を禁止する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 前記制御装置は、
前記内燃機関の回転速度が前記領域内に位置し、かつ、前記回転速度増加制御を実行する場合には、前記回転速度増加制御を実行しない場合に比べて、目標動作点の回転速度を引き下げることにより、前記ハイブリッド車両への要求パワーに対する前記内燃機関から出力されるパワーの割合を低下させる一方で、前記要求パワーに対する前記回転電機から出力されるパワーの割合を上昇させ、
前記CDモード時には、前記回転速度増加制御の実行の制限として、前記CSモード時に比べて前記目標動作点の回転速度の引き下げ量を小さく設定することにより、前記内燃機関から出力されるパワーの割合の低下を抑制する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 前記制御装置は、前記ハイブリッド車両への要求パワーに関連しない前記内燃機関の始動要求に応じて前記内燃機関が始動されたときには、前記CDモード時であっても、前記回転速度増加制御の実行の制限を緩和する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド車両。
- 車室内を空調する空調装置をさらに備え、
前記始動要求は、前記内燃機関の暖機要求と、前記空調装置の暖房要求とのうちの少なくとも一方を含む、請求項4に記載のハイブリッド車両。 - 内燃機関と、蓄電装置と、前記蓄電装置の電力を用いて駆動力を発生させる回転電機とを含むハイブリッド車両の制御方法であって、
前記内燃機関の回転速度には、前記内燃機関の回転速度を所定速度だけ増加させた場合の前記内燃機関の音圧の増加量が所定量よりも大きくなる領域が存在し、
前記ハイブリッド車両は、前記ハイブリッド車両の車速の増加に伴って前記内燃機関の音圧が増加するように前記内燃機関の回転速度を制御する回転速度増加制御の実行が可能に構成され、
前記内燃機関の回転速度が前記領域内に位置する場合に、前記回転速度増加制御が実行されたときの前記内燃機関の回転速度の増加量は、前記回転速度増加制御が実行されないとききの前記内燃機関の回転速度の増加量よりも小さく設定され、
前記制御方法は、
前記回転速度増加制御を実行するステップと、
前記蓄電装置のSOCを消費するCDモードにおいて前記内燃機関の回転速度が前記領域内に位置する場合には、前記SOCを所定の範囲に維持するCSモードにおいて前記内燃機関が駆動されている場合に比べて、前記回転速度増加制御の実行を制限するステップとを備える、ハイブリッド車両の制御方法。
