Description
(1) 冷却室と、
前記冷却室内の空気を冷却する冷却部と、
前記冷却部によって冷却された冷却空気を前記冷却室へ送る送風部と、
前記冷却室内の温度を検知する室内温度検知部と、
前記冷却室内に配置された収容物の温度を検知する食品温度検知と、
前記室内温度検知部および前記食品温度検知部の少なくとも一方の検知結果に基づいて、前記送風部の駆動を制御する制御部と、を有することを特徴とする冷却庫。
前記第2送風部から送風される冷却空気によって、前記第1送風部から送風される冷却空気の流れを変化させることができる上記(1)または(2)に記載の冷却庫。
前記制御部は、前記第2制御モードで前記送風部の駆動を制御し、前記収容物の温度が前記所定範囲内となった後は、前記第1制御モードで前記送風部の駆動を制御する上記(4)に記載の冷却庫。
前記第1制御モードでは、複数の前記室内温度検知部の温度の差が小さくなるように前記送風部の駆動を制御する上記(4)ないし(6)のいずれかに記載の冷却庫。
前記流れる方向の上流側に位置する前記開口の開口面積が、下流側に位置する前記開口の開口面積よりも大きい上記(8)に記載の冷却庫。
したがって、本発明の冷却庫は、産業上の利用可能性を有している。

Claims (8)
- 冷却室と、
前記冷却室内の空気を冷却する冷却部と、
前記冷却部によって冷却された冷却空気を前記冷却室へ送る送風部と、
前記冷却室内の温度を検知する室内温度検知部と、
前記冷却室内に配置された収容物の温度を検知する食品温度検知部と、
前記室内温度検知部および前記食品温度検知部の少なくとも一方の検知結果に基づいて、前記送風部の駆動を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記送風部は、
鉛直方向下側に前記冷却空気を送り出す第1送風部と、
前記第1送風部の周囲に配置され、前記第1送風部から送り出された前記冷却空気とぶつかるように水平方向に前記冷却空気を送り出す複数の第2送風部と、を有し、
前記第1送風部および前記複数の第2送風部は、それぞれ、前記制御部によって独立して制御され、
前記複数の第2送風部の出力をそれぞれ独立して変化させることにより、前記第1送風部から送風される前記冷却空気の流れを変化させて前記冷却空気を所定箇所に導くことができ、前記所定箇所を集中的に冷却することができることを特徴とする冷却庫。 - さらに、前記収容物の前記冷却室内での位置を検知する位置検知部を有している請求項1に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記制御部は、前記冷却室内の温度を所定温度範囲内に維持するように前記送風部の駆動を制御する第1制御モードと、前記収容物を所定温度以下に冷却するように前記送風部の駆動を制御する第2制御モードと、を有する請求項1または2に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記収容物の温度が前記所定温度よりも高い場合には、前記制御部は、前記第2制御モードで前記送風部の駆動を制御し、前記収容物の温度が前記所定範囲内となった後は、前記第1制御モードで前記送風部の駆動を制御する請求項3に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記第2制御モードでは、前記送風部から前記収容物に向けて送風される前記冷却空気の量が前記第1制御モードよりも多い請求項3または4に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記室内温度検知部を複数有し、
前記第1制御モードでは、複数の前記室内温度検知部の温度の差が小さくなるように前記送風部の駆動を制御する請求項3ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の冷却庫。 - 前記冷却室内の冷却空気を吸引するダクトを有している請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の冷却庫。
- 前記ダクトには、前記冷却空気の流れる方向に沿って複数の開口が設けられ、
前記流れる方向の上流側に位置する前記開口の開口面積が、下流側に位置する前記開口の開口面積よりも大きい請求項7に記載の冷却庫。
