Claims (10)
- コアの上下面にスキン層が設けられたサンドイッチパネルであって、前記スキン層は、炭素繊維束及びガラス繊維束を一方向に引き揃えた一方向繊維体とマトリックス樹脂とから成る一方向繊維強化樹脂体と、ガラス繊維束を経糸及び緯糸として織成した織成繊維体とマトリックス樹脂とから成る織物繊維強化樹脂体とが積層されたものであり、前記一方向繊維強化樹脂体にして隣接する炭素繊維束とガラス繊維束との間には、前記炭素繊維束及びガラス繊維束の毛羽が混在する混在部若しくは前記炭素繊維束の毛羽のみが存在する単在部が各繊維束の長さ方向に設けられていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項1記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記一方向繊維強化樹脂体の前記炭素繊維束及び前記ガラス繊維束に設けられる前記各毛羽の長さは1mm〜5mmに設定されていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項1,2いずれか1項に記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記一方向繊維体は、前記炭素繊維束及び前記ガラス繊維束が交互に並設された構成であることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記スキン層は、コア側から、第1の前記織物繊維強化樹脂体、繊維束が所定方向に配された第1の前記一方向繊維強化樹脂体、第2の前記織物繊維強化樹脂体、繊維束が前記第1の一方向繊維強化樹脂体の繊維束と直交する方向に配された第2の前記一方向繊維強化樹脂体の順に積層された構成であり、各繊維強化樹脂体の樹脂含有率が、前記第1の織物繊維強化樹脂体は60wt%以上、前記第2の織物繊維強化樹脂体は55wt%以上、前記第1の一方向繊維強化樹脂体及び前記第2の一方向繊維強化樹脂体は29wt%以下に設定されていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項4記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記スキン層の前記第2の一方向繊維強化樹脂体の外側に、ガラス繊維束を経糸及び緯糸として織成した織成繊維体とマトリックス樹脂とから成り樹脂含有率が30wt%以上で前記マトリックス樹脂に黒色顔料が1wt%以上含有された黒色織物繊維強化樹脂体が設けられていることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項に記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記スキン層で用いるマトリックス樹脂は、フェノール樹脂若しくはフェノール樹脂とエポキシ樹脂との混合物から成り、前記フェノール樹脂は、ヒートリリース試験で5分間の熱量のピーク値が30kW/m2以下且つ2分間の熱量の積分値が25kW/m2以下のものであることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載のサンドイッチパネルにおいて、前記コアはハニカムコアであることを特徴とするサンドイッチパネル。
- 炭素繊維束及びガラス繊維束が一方向に引き揃えられた一方向繊維体とマトリックス樹脂とから成る一方向プリプレグの製造方法であって、前記炭素繊維束及び前記ガラス繊維束の両方若しくは前記炭素繊維束のみ、側部に毛羽立たせ処理を施し、前記炭素繊維束及び前記ガラス繊維束を一方向に引き揃え、加熱して半硬化させることを特徴とする一方向プリプレグの製造方法。
- 請求項8記載の一方向プリプレグの製造方法において、前記炭素繊維束及び前記ガラス繊維束を夫々、複数の接触体に蛇行するように交互に掛け回した状態で連続的に搬送し、前記炭素繊維束及び前記ガラス繊維束と前記接触体との摩擦により前記炭素繊維束及び前記ガラス繊維束夫々の両側部に連続的に毛羽立たせ処理を施すことを特徴とする一方向プリプレグの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜7いずれか1項に記載のサンドイッチパネルにおける前記一方向繊維強化樹脂体を、請求項8,9いずれか1項に記載の一方向プリプレグの製造方法により製造された一方向プリプレグを硬化して形成することを特徴とするサンドイッチパネルの製造方法。
